Both of my parents have been in Norma's home for the past 4 years and it's the best thing we could do for them. They are together and receive 24 care in a small setting. They both have multiple health issues. My dad was very overweight and insulin dependent and since he has been there he has lost 60 pounds and is no longer diabetic. We are happy with the care and dedication of the caregivers

My father has been a resident for close to ten years and all I can say is that he has always received nothing but the best of care, compassion and encouragement. Norma and her staff treat Dad like a king and take wonderful care of him. It is very difficult to have to place your loved-one under someone else's care, but it is such a blessing to know at Green Valley, they are safe and well cared for.

I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found such a wonderful place for my mother, who has Alzheimer's. I never worry about her care as the staff is so professional in a warm, familial way. The residence is very clean and pleasant to visit. My mother has lived there for years now and the quality of care has never been less than Excellent!

My father recently had a stroke and cannot move his left side and needed a feeding tube. We had him in a nursing home and his condition wasn't getting any better. We took him to Norma at Green Valley home care and since then he's had his feeding tube removed and has started eating again on his own. They are very attentive, and he is very happy..

They have taken great care of my wife for almost two years. The staff is caring and always helpful. They are managing her diabetes with direct contact with Kaiser. I heartily recommend their services

Our mother has been at one of the Green Valley Home Care homes since 2013. As her health care needs have changed, her care givers have adapted with her. They've been attentive and helpful, especially as we all had to adapt during 2020. Norma and her staff have worked to make it feel like a home, rather than a board and care facility. We have always felt welcomed into the home during planned and unexpected visits. Feeling very blessed to have found this spot for our mom.

When choosing a home for a loved one, there are so many concerns and emotions. As it became apparent that my grandfather was in need of around the clock care, we were referred to Green Valley Home. What a blessing Norma and her incredible team have been to our family! They care for my grandfather as if he is an extension of their family! Whether it is tending to his daily needs, or cooking their traditional Long Life noodles lunch for his birthday, they cherish him and treat him with dignity and respect. Norma has the kindest heart- truly thinking and considering others always. She and her team are true healthcare heroes!

Green Valley Home Care is one of the best elderly care facilities and a hidden gem in Simi. My uncle fell ill with severe dementia and was unable to live on his own, so we shopped around for an assisted living facility in Simi. We heard about Green Valley through word of mouth. Norma, the owner, was so great; she showed us all the homes and informed us of the detailed personal direct care he would receive and it made my family and I feel at ease. Norma and the staff really went out of their way to make sure my uncle was comfortable during such a stressful transitional time for us. I would most certainly recommend them for anyone looking for 24 hour care for their elderly loved one.

My mother has been unable to care for herself the past few years and I'm so thankful we were referred to Green Valley Homes! I can't think of a better place that would meet my mother's needs! Beyond the basic demands of their work, the staff and owners are so kind and thoughtful. It's such a relief to know she's well cared for, especially during this pandemic!
