Communications with a surprisingly nonexistent office staff was a bit difficult until I physically walked over to the office and found the "office is closed during this time and unavailable through phone..." sign. Thankfully, I received prompt response from Eliza after submitting my move-out procedure concern to the email address listed on the sign. I really appreciate Sabrina going out of her way to meet me to inspect the apartment and turn in the keys (etc) and for verifying that the necessary paperwork was done to receive the refund of our security deposit. As I mentioned to Sabrina, the only major issue that we had during the actual move out (and, for that matter, our move in a year ago...) was the necessity of parking our vehicle with an attached UHaul trailer in a clearly marked fire lane for several hours during the unloading/loading procedures. Although we received no citation and parked thusly at the instruction of office staff (as I assume and observe other residents do...), it still made me nervous to be blatantly ignoring a red curb in lieu of being provided a dedicated "loading zone"... Even with occasional problems that came with community living (broken elevator, a neighbor throwing trash out his window, a memory challenged neighbor parking in our spot, notice of vehicle break-ins...), we have appreciated the efforts of management to provide a generally quiet, clean and secure place to live during our tenure at Villa Del Sol. The office staff (Eliza et al) have ALWAYS been outstandingly friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our concerns. Thank you all for a good transitional living experience!

Perhaps more Handicap parking locations around the complex. I am disabled and I've noticed quite a number of residents are as well, hence 55+ some of us are NOT as young as we once we were. We have acquired some illness or injury, both in my case, and are in need of closer parking to the building I occupy. I don't know if there is a strategy given to parking spaces but it would be helpful. Not to ask for too much preferential treatment, however, there are many residents who have Blue Handicap Placards, I myself have Permanent Handicap Parking License Plates. And I notice that some cars never leave these. 'Prized Spots' thus never giving other residents the Building(s) opportunity for closer parking. I did mention my disability when applying although I know it was Not to be a considered part of rental criteria. Other than that the grounds are lovely and staff have been very pleasant & helpful. A young man from your company Towbes by the name of Andres helped me one day to the car and all of the residents have been extremely nice and have said very complementary things about living here. And it is most definitely a Pet friendly place! I'm almost all moved in...moving from a 3 bedroom house to a one bedroom apt takes a bit of strategy & logistics as well....ugh! And lastly, Sabrina has been delightful to work with.

This place is a new 55+ resort style complex at an extremely reasonable price. It accommodates many different lifestyles while maintaining a warm, friendly and professional environment. Yes, there are some hard rules like no smoking on property and 100% pickup of all pet waste, but thats a good thing. Its overall healthier for the community and others. (wish it included vaping cough cough) Office staff is simply top notch. They go out of their way to help you. One time the wind blew my front door open while I was in the jacuzzi and my little dachshund got out. Neighbors immediately tracked down Cheryl from the office and she came and found me to rescue my dog! Thats the kind of neighbors and people that work there are. And when things break, their maintenance staff is on top of it ASAP and they are just as nice and friendly as the office staff. Great place to live!

Ive been extremely happy with these apartment. Everything is new the management is a blessing to us. Its animal friendly. Very nice residents are warm and friendly. Great little community. Thumbs up.

I have lived here a month and I recommend it highly. It is so new and clean with well thought out amenities and landscaping. I find the price quite appealing considering this is central coast living and housing costs can be daunting. These are small units but it fit my desire for a simple but pleasant home life with more freedom to enjoy the sights and activities so conveniently close to this location. Allowing dogs is a big plus and residents have some beautiful well groomed animals that belong in a show. I still work, but as the units fill with retirees and 55+ professionals I think it will be even more fun. Right now people are friendly and on a first name basis, so it is a warm community with friendly office staff as well.

I moved in two and a half weeks ago. I have a studio apartment, third floor and I love it. The management goes out of its way to encourage residents to get to know each other. Because its brand new its so clean and pristine - love it! The landscaping is very nice, lots of maintenance staff, and I love the way you use a debit type card for the laundry room instead of having to have change in your pocket. And they welcome pets! No place is perfect, and I come from living most of my life in Southern California, and a little bit of time in New York, so the prices are very fair as far as Im concerned. The staff have always been patient and professional with me. Im really enjoying getting to know my neighbors. I think the insulation of the apartments for warmth and noise is just fine. And theres lots of security. I recommend it!

I came to view this location when the staff was still in a trailer on the site; they were professional and courteous then and that still remains today. I love my new apartment! The Laundry and Trash on the same floor make it easy and convenient. No more driving to the gym, today I walk to the beautifully designed gym on site. The beautiful resort style pool and jacuzzi helps me maintain my active lifestyle. The wi-fi provided in the clubhouse is an additional plus as well. The staff works hard to keep us happy and having fun. Close to shops, school and lots of nearby hiking. Lots of special touches inside my apartment that make my life easier!
