Pacific Gardens is an extraordinary place. You cannot find a facility so well managed, and a staff as professional, respectful, and kind anywhere else. Whether you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, you will find excellent care and service here. The rooms are sunny, and the food is tasty. Each month they have a variety of activities. They also offer transportation to residents to medical and dental appointments. The care staff and nursing staff come to know and care about the residents and their families -- right down to little things like favorite treats or snacks, and favorite composers. They attend to the residents in ways that only family members would. Most of the staff has been at Pacific Gardens for years, which says a great deal about the place, given the usual turn over rate at care facilities. The staff here has a vocation -- to care for the residents. And they shine.

I sent our family friend E to Pacific gardens in December 2023 after he returned from rehab. It has been 3 months now. I visit him almost daily and stay long enough to observe his health and assist him so I have seen almost all activities. As another family said in the review there are so many events that residents felt a community here. We are very happy about the facility so far. 1. Staff is working so hard to make each resident happy. The effort is sincere. They are so friendly. Everyone smiles. 2.They are so attentive and caring about resident as a person. Not just a client. 3 Whenever I gave feedback about his care my feedback was taken seriously and they heard me and tried their best to accommodate. 4. There are so many events such as weekly outing for lunch, and trip to shopping or sightseeing. Brain exercises after every morning group exercises. St. Patrick Day costume competition, special event special menu. I have seen residents holding parties. My friend had made two friends now at dining and they chat regularly. 5 what I like most is there is a gym in the facility so my friend could get exercises daily with his PT, OT and eventually personal trainer. He has improved so much physically for standing up from his wheelchair and now trying to walk with a walker. I have toured so many places before I sent him to Pacific gardens and I am happy I found out friend a home.

My 90 year old dad lives at Pacific Gardens and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff is extremely friendly. They offer many daily activities along with a few weekly outings. I would definitely recommend Pacific Gardens to anyone looking for a place for a loved one!

Moving my dad to Pacific Gardens in Santa Clara was the best thing I could have ever done for him! The entire staff, both administrative and medical, are outstanding and very caring! All my dad has to do is press the button on the pendent he wears and his caregiver or nurse comes to see what he needs. It gives me a lot of comfort and peace of mind to know he is getting this kind of "around the clock" care! All of the staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming to each other and to new residents. The meals that are offered to the residents are OUTSTANDING and unbelievably DELICIOUS!! There is a lot of variety and they are nutritious. If my dad doesn't want or like what is being served, there is an alternate menu for him to choose something else. There are 17 other items for my dad to choose from. They also offer sugar free items and can cater to other dietary restrictions. Residents can either eat in their room or in the Main Dining Room. They also have a private dining room where a resident and his/her family can come to eat with them or to celebrate a special occasion. Residents at Pacific Gardens have a variety of activities to participate in. A monthly Activities calendar is provided to each resident. They even have a movie theater that plays a different movie every day. Pacific Gardens has an exercise class for residents to join in on as well as a physical therapy program, but this program is at additional cost to the resident and is done by an outside company. Residents are encouraged to eat in the dining room and to participate in the activities so that they get the social interaction they need. My dad is a WWII Veteran and earned a Purple Heart when his plane was shot down over Yugoslavia on his 19th birthday. Pacific Gardens has a Veterans Wall where veteran residents can have this picture in uniform hung on the wall as a tribute to all veterans. If you are looking for a GREAT place to move a loved one to, you won't regret checking it out. Pacific Gardens really feels like home and I HIGHLY recommend it!!!

Pacific Garden is great place and safe haven for my auntie. We were looking for a place for where she could stay near our place since we didn't enough space for her to reside in and Pacific Garden was the closest. I came across a few staff members but I met this one person; not sure what her full name was but I think it was Condesa. She was helping some of the workers and it was great to see workers helping other workers. We love the staff and community that was built in that place and I would definitely recommend it for others for a secondary house for their loved ones.

My aunt spent the last year and a half of her life at Pacific Gardens. We were so fortunate to find such a caring place. She was always very active but advanced macular degeneration changed that. The staff at PG became her eyes. They encouraged her to participate in activities, meet new friends and stay connected with the world. They truly cared about her. Thank you Pacific Gardens!

Pacific Garden is the best place for assisted living facility.My wife is now there for more than two years and I will never let her go any where else it is just like our second home.All the people are very friendly and kind.She is getting the best care that I can think of, East or west ,North or south, Pacific Garden is the best place on the earth Thanks all the people at Pacific Garden for taking care of my wife !!!!!!

My family has had a deeply caring and supportive experience with Pacific Gardens. We worked closely with staff members while we were exploring whether the Memory Care here would be a good fit for my mother. PG worked seamlessly with our pre-existing hospice team and took a great deal of care to address all of our concerns. In the months that my mother has lived here, she has adjusted very well to the community and to the caregivers. Im deeply grateful that we found PG and that each of my family members has been able to rely on their compassionate and caring support.

From my experience, having been there on Thanksgiving for Dinner, Pacific Gardens is an excellent Assisted Living facility. The numerous staff members that I saw & met, were kind & friendly and caring. The owner participated right along side the staff. The food was excellent. Going back today for Christmas celebration.

I almost moved here. They seemed to be very nice, the food was good, but you felt confined to the building because there were no grounds to go out and walk around or things like that. But they were very helpful and willing to bend over backwards for you. The staff seemed to interact pretty well with the other residents and my own personal interactions with them were great. Their menu consisted of pretty much the same thing youd be able to get anywhere else. Everything looked bright and there was lots of light coming in so it didnt look dark or dingy at all.

We were blessed to find PG for our mom. It's hard to make that decision to go into assisted living. For the person and their loved ones. There is sadness, guilt and apprehension. But from day one we could not have asked for better loving care then what our mom has been getting from the professional, loving staff at PG. I could give so many examples but bottom line - every one there has treated and cared for our mom as if she was their own mom. From her physical well being to her mental and emotional well being. We can't thank them enough! They are our angels and we feel blessed that they are so good and kind to our precious mother.
