Buena vista care center had very supportive staff during my mother’s stay from the receptionist Dory M. Who greeted us warmly upon each arrival and answered questions and concerns with a smile to the administrator Cesar D. and other support staff who also had a comforting presence as well as ensured a safe and comfortable stay.

Dory Medina was a big help in everything I needed when I was there and she was very respectful to everyone around me and my family I can’t think of anyone else that was as helpful as Dory was the whole time I was there, i’ll always be thankful to everything she ever did for me and my family. Dory!!! I absolutely love the charismatic energy and the amazing person she is at work. Every time I come in I’m greeted by her so quickly!!! I spent six months at Buena Vista. I got to know many residents and families. The staff were kind and showed a great deal of compassion while caring for the residents. There were so many fun activities for the residents to participate in and seeing the joy created was a blessing.

There are some amazing people here that make having my loved one having to be at this care facility right now deal able. Dory greets you at the front desk with a smile and a rainbow ray of positivity-this has literally helped me daily and enabled me to put on a happy face myself in order deal with all the heaviness of being a caregiver and medical advocate for my mom. If Dory wasn’t there I would probably have keeled over from the sheer stress and taxation of the skilled nursing experience. Even though I don’t live there I have spent many days there all day and it is exhausting. Jennifer in physical therapy is wonderful, RN Lucy saved us many times and the wonderful cnas and nurses we have had (and other care providers) that have helped care for my LO have helped navigate the overwhelming amounts of things to take care of and do.

These people are fabulous, from the admissions Hilda to the kitchen staff and dietary manager Marina . They are always helpful and available. Dory at the front desk is always smiling and willing to help others .shes the best.

I think Buena Vista is as close to home as you will find in places like this. The majority of the staff literally treats you like family and they armed conscientious with care. There are so many nice nurses and CNAs including Daisy, Lisette and Guerrmo. He literally goes out of his way to make the coffee I buy instead of giving me the facility coffee and he is gentle and kind. You can even make friends with people here like Dory the receptionist and Julie Z from activities. Dory and I are becoming best friends! It is overall a great experience!

I have a friend who was there and all the caregivers and nurses were very helpful. Dory at Reception was helpful with the bus schedule and any information I needed . I did meet the administrator he seems to be a very helpful and capable you man.

I was a patient and I never had a problem with my nursing staff or the CNA’s they were always respectful to my needs. The receptionist Dory all answered my questions and if she couldn’t she would find someone who could. She loves to converse with the residents , and is well liked by them. There’s a new administrator Cesar, , who I feel is pretty nice guy. I didn’t get to know him well but I feel he’s a fair man and listens.

Buena Vista Care Center is one of the best they stop is pretty good especially the young beautiful Lori and the front desk. She Is wonderful check all the residence especially in me and all this stuff is pretty good. The CNA is nurse I cannot thank you enough.

I’m thankful to all the staff and nurses that helped me through my recovery. The nurses and CNA’s were great even the housekeepers were really nice. The receptionist is really a nice young lady. Dory always helpful with residents and kind and respectful. Hilda in admissions is very nice and helpful as well. I only met the administrator Cesar a few times but he seems like a caring person and was always available to residents and staff. The building was alway clean and well kept.

I’ve seen vast improvements in a short span of the past 1/2 year or so. I’ve had clients here, and seen the level of care steadily rising!
