you have a care taker [name removed] that goes out and meets other women’s husbands for 1 - 2 hours on the clock while she should be watching the elderly. she also goes into offices to play . where is the accountability to the supervisor ? ( whom they say is usually gone )to the families who pay good money????

One of the best memory care facilities I have been to. Everything is super clean and staff is very friendly. I come here once a month for dental checkups for the residents. Amazing place!

As a Hospice and Palliative provider and community partner with Crescent Landing I truly am grateful to know such an amazing team of professionals that take pride in providing exceptional care for their residents. Dulce, Marketing Director, provided me with a tour showcasing everything from their beautiful and spacious private and shared apartment rooms, to the well manicured gardens, also pointing out a beautiful mango tree she planted 10+ years ago, which helped me see how proud she was when talking about the community and all the special events they had over the years. Crescent Landing South Coast memory care provides a wide list of amenities and programs. I was impressed to learn about their Montessori Methods, Spark, which focuses on engagement, social lifestyle and inclusion. As a hospice provider and partner of this community, I've seen their management team and care staff show compassion, empathy and understanding for their residents and families. This community is located near South Coast Plaza, the OC Museum and the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. It has beautiful gardens and many wonderful walking paths in a clean, safe and calming environment. They offer many interactive activities, enjoyable family events and well organized educational Health Talks and experiences. If you are looking for a safe and well managed memory care community, I highly recommend you schedule a tour or stop by and speak with the Sales Director. You will not want to skip touring this community before making your final decision.

As the Resident Care Coordinator, I love providing the care for our residents. The staff are quick at responding to requests of family members.The support system of all management is top notch .The med aides here are always on top of the medications and updates of our residents. I have been to many facilities and this one is always clean and in working order thanks to our great maintenance team and house keeping .

I had an immediate need for a place for mom to stay while I circled the wagons with the rest of the family to come to an agreement on "next steps" for mom. With families, there are always unknowns and multiple schedules and opinions. The Santa Ana location was initially a desirable location because mom had been taken to the nearby Kaiser Hospital and they needed a close place with availability so mom was placed into Crescent Landing. I am glad that she was. The staff was great and mom loved the food. I very much appreciated the flexibility they showed me while looking for a "permanent" landing spot for mom that is closer to family members. Crescent Landing is a good place with caring staff members and good food.

We provide hospice for some of the residents at Crescent Landing and our experience has been wonderful with the caregivers and management. This is a great community; the staff is very friendly and provides excellent and competent care for their residents and you can tell they truly care for both the residents and their families.When our team are in the community visiting our patients, they see the staff engaging with the residents during activities such as music therapy and movie days, and you can really tell they are compassionate about what they do.The staff does a great job of communicating with our team, whenever there is a change in condition with one of our patients. They make it very easy for us to work as a team together.

My father has been at this facility for 7 years and I have spent a significant amount of time there. There have been a few changes in ownership and several in management during that time, all of which have proven to be improvements. I would recommend this facility to anyone for their loved ones. They are compassionate individuals who are responsive to any and all feedback/complaints. The facility is always clean and they all do their jobs very well. I am so very grateful to Sunflower Gardens for the care they provide to my father.

Worked here on some repairs. the staff is top notch and very hard working they deserve more money for the work they do.place is clean and well maintained. i would not want to end up here but if i had to it woild be the place i would go.

Sunflower Gardens is an amazing facility. The caregivers are so kind and caring with the residents. They serve delicious and nutritional meals and snacks. Hydration is watched closely with water, juice, milk and coffee served all day. The activities start in the morning and go throughout the day. They really make sure the residents engage in the activities. The facility is the cleanest I have ever seen. The gardens are gorgeous and delightful to walk. Thank you Sunflower Gardens for taking such great care of my Mom.
