Care and hospitality was beyond anything I experienced. Like a family member to us all. At the end of my daughter passing, she gave us space that we needed. As a family we are truly forever grateful.

Mona is a very special person. This isn’t some job to her. She truly cares for her patients and is very attentive. I slept well at night knowing my sister was in Mona’s caring hands. She is truly a gift to my family. Clean facility, good meals and a sense of home not some cold facility where your loved one is alone all day. We went through a few facilities before we found Mona. We feel so fortunate to have found her.

Our mother is a resident at Karo Mina Care Home. The facility is a home setting. They have a living room, separate dining room, and outside patio and garden area. The house is always clean and neat. Our mother has been a resident for nearly 3 years. She has a single room and it is spacious and well kept. The food is always homemade and there is variety with the lunches and dinners. The staff are kind and caring and whenever we visit they are friendly and helpful. The owners are quick to notify us if ever our mother needs medical attention and whenever there is something our mother needs. If we have an idea about how to improve our mothers quality of life the owners are open to hearing our suggestions and working with us to implement them if feasible. Excellent communication between the owners and ourselves make us feel connected to our mother, for example we are able to video chat with our mother regularly using our phones and iPad. We have full schedules with our own work and families, and because the owners alert us whenever necessary and help us stay connected with our mother we feel more at ease. Overall a pleasant, welcoming and caring environment. We highly recommend this facility. UPDATE: Our mother recently went on hospice and the facility is helping to ensure our mother receives excellent and compassionate end-of-life hospice care.

It took me so long to find the right place .Karo Mina Care Home is a true home for Mom.Mona and the crew are awesome caring ,friendly ,loving and courteous angels who share their home with you and treat you as a family member. I always felt at home there and Ive never been worried or had any concern since day one.I cant find enough to say to express my love and gratitude to such wholesome people.

Always best care took care of my mother for almost 2 years now . They were very good to my mother .I had two excellent caregivers that were caring and loving.I definitely recommend Karo Mina care home when i had concerns they were definitely there for me

Karo Mina is a place of comfort and caring people. My mother has been under Monas care for over 5 years and she has been an excellent caregiver. It gives me comfort knowing that my mom is being well taken care of.
