They allow the people staying here to terrorize the neighborhood. Throwing trash, yelling profanities, smoking, exposing themselves, urinating on the sidewalk. Really good place. [name removed] is the worst. She needs to be checked. Drinks beer and smokes cigars all day. Trashes the streets on her way.
