Today, I met Andy at The Watermark at Almaden to discuss senior living there, tour the facility and view several units for future me. I think I am at least 3 years away from move-in. Andy made a great impression on me. He listened to me and made me feel wanted and comfortable. I can definitely see myself living here, thanks to a great facility and the warm and caring personality of Andy.

My grandma lives here and the food is good but the staff is incredible. Our server Bianca does an excellent job remembering everyone's name, what they do and don't like, and having a wonderful positive attitude that I can tell makes the tenants happy. And Bella that works at the front desk does a great job remembering everyone's names and being very patient and helpful whenever the tenants need it. Knowing someone you love is well taken care of makes all the difference in the world.

Watermarks restaurant is beautiful. There were plenty of options to choose from on the menu. Food proportions are decent. Servers are always friendly. Bianca was our server today and was very attentive and sweet.

My mom has lived at Watermark at Almaden for more than a year and we are quite happy. There have been some challenges but the team has always been responsive to working together to solve any problems. The facility is beautiful and there are many comfortable and inviting spaces, from the dining room and bistro to the game room and 4th floor lounge. There has been some staff change but the staff remaining is top notch and we are optimistic that the new hires will be as impressive. Thanks to Brenda for leading during all the transition, to Wes for handling all maintenance issues quickly and expertly, to Debbie for working hard to keep the food fresh and healthy and to Angel and Art for making my mom's health a priority.

I came to visit my Grandparents for lunch and we were served by Bianca Juarez, who I couldn't say enough good things about. She greeted both of my Grandparents by name, remembered their preferences, was so helpful, and very kind. It was my first time visiting and I feel so good knowing my family is so well cared for by people like Bianca.

Allison has done a wonderful job at the Watermark at Almaden. I am the owner of House of Muscle USA and brought in by Allison to work with the wonderful people in this community. It's been an incredible experience to see how many of the residents continue to improve their health and turn out to the fitness classes. All this wouldn't have been made possible had it not been for Allison. Because of her it's now been over 1 year of continued health and fitness classes for the residents at this community. My grandparents just moved in, I wasn't sure what to expect. I am happily surprised how beautiful everything is. The Watermark at Almaden looks and feels more like a luxury resort than a retirement community. I've spent literally years looking at facilities around the Bay Area for my parents, and this one stands out as exceptional. But facilities are only one aspect, as a place is only as good as the people - and that's where the Watermark clearly sets the bar. I dropped by at random, and Patti went out of her way to help give me a quick tour, which is exactly what I needed. I've seen many places, so I didn't want a full pitch. I was so impressed, I made a special effort to bring my parents for a look. Ally walked us around, and she is just a precious jewel of a person! My mom was nervous about moving, and it was Ally's bright and cheery personality that calmed all those fears. I can't be more grateful for Ally's help! Andy was quick and highly responsive to prepare a terrific welcoming package for us that made all the details clear, and we're looking forward to a great experience. Nursing, PT, food service, maintenance, everything feels top notch. The staff makes it all work.

Ally made moving Mom into Watermark at Almaden easy and comforting. She really provided the warmth and kindness we needed during this process. Watching her interact with the residents, as we walked through the building, was inspirational. She greeted each person as you would a close friend. It was so heart warming to know that my Mom was going to live in such a warm and friendly environment. We are very grateful to have worked with Ally during this process.

Watermark communities is a fantastic place for any senior citizen! I've been to many retirement communities and this one tops them all, not only in style and amenities but in hospitality and service! Ally is a wonderful person whom takes extreme care of residents and pays attention to all the fine details. I highly recommend Watermark communities!

I love living at the Watermark at Almaden. It offers elegant living, in a friendly, informal atmosphere. The decor reflects high standards of design, beginning with a bright and comfortable lobby, complete with a bistro offering coffee and appealing snacks. Each floor offers specialty rooms to enhance daily living, including a gym with royal blue carpeting, a movie theater with comfortable chairs and a popcorn machine, card rooms with elegant tables, sitting rooms with cozy fireplaces, a library, and a golf simulator. But it's the people who light up the place with their caring attitude. The whole staff knows my name and friendly conversations go on all day. The waiters know what I like to eat and remember that I hate orange marmalade. The staff sets the tone for the residents. People here are open and friendly. I can sit down at any dining table and feel welcome. It's easy to strike up a conversation. And the socialization goes on way past dessert, which is always outstanding. In short, I feel so lucky to be living here.

Strums4Joy and Dance4Joy Hula and Ukulele Ministry have been coming to this beautiful community to bring joy to the residents and staff. Each time has been very enjoyable and pleasant. The residents and staff are so appreciative and engaging. So much fun singing and dancing with them. Entertaining them is so worthwhile. Ally Goh and the entire staff are very helpful and super friendly. They serve delicious food also!

I was recently invited to their fall dance in the memory care neighborhood and what a phenomenal time we had! The residents and families danced and sang along with the care staff. Food spread and drinks were super delicious. Great job, Bernadette. The memory care neighborhood appreciates all of your hard work and dedication- it shows in the residents smiles and laughter! Highly recommended memory care!
