West Park Senior Living is a great place to live. It is more of a loving home than a facility, and the staff is more like family than employees, always ready with a warm smile and cheerful greeting. The Activities Director keeps people happily engaged and provides many creative opportunities and outlets for residents to get to know each other and become friends. The facility provides live entertainment on a weekly basis which is a crowd favorite that everyone looks forward to. Because of its inviting atmosphere, it has provided me, and people who come to visit me, with many memorable moments I fondly recall and always will. I have lived here for almost a year and look forward to many more.

I recently toured at this place for my grandparents with the Sales Director Jasmine who was very kind, humorous, and open to answering all my questions. She was very informative on explaining the whole process in detail of how to get started. She was very transparent about the pricing and was very reassuring that there was no hidden fees. Surprisingly the community was clean and well kept. The residents were so adorable, talkative, honest and friendly. Would definitely recommend this community for your cherished ones.

Originally I was walking in to grab a packet about the 55+ living for my Mom. Seconds later my kiddos and I got introduced to a nice gentleman who then asked Jazmin who was just the nicest gal to see if she could answer any questions which I had many and she answered all. Jazmin, not only did she answer my questions her approach warm and welcoming and very professional as she gave us a tour which I was not expecting at all. Thank you again. Jasmine Perez was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very patient with me, very sweet, and very professional Thank you Jasmine ’• AND Thank You Timothy so much!!! Because it was Eric’s day off, Timothy re-hung my shower curtain in my other shower because it was too high for me to reach all because my other shower was clogged. Then a Thank You to Eric for un-clogging both my showers!!! Plus connecting me to Direct tv as well as well replacing blinds 🙂 Also, to all the staff who are very kind and respectful to us all 🙂 Also, I love this building for senior living because everyone is very quiet and considerate toward one another. Also, they provide rooms to watch movies, exercise, free laundry room, etc. There are so many benefits living here. Once i had chronic pain and 2 very sweet young ladies wheeled me to my apartment and unlocked my door for me! 🙂 I love the fact also that when i receive any UPS or FedEx packages, the reception always signs for us and stores them safely in the back and when i call reception, they confirm they have them so i can simply pick them up. Other apartments in the city of Los Angeles would just leave all our packages in the lobby on the floor for anyone to steal. Love it here!!!

The first call and speaking to Makala, we were sold. Was assigned to Jasmine, only have high praise for her, was sold again. Jasmine bent over backwards to accommodate and answer our questions, in a timely manner. Our situation could have been difficult, as mom was living in Central California, Jasmine made the journey seamless. After sisters toured the community, they were so impressed with how vibrant the staff and residents were. Cannot say enough how happy we are that we chose West Park Senior Living. I cannot say enough good things about our experience in regard to my mom. Jasmine was amazing and was with us through the process step by step even going to my house to help mom with some of the paperwork - she went above and beyond. Everyone from the staff to the residents seem truly happy there. Mom is thrilled with her decision to join the West Park community and has been warmly welcome by the residents and staff. Thank you so much Jasmine for making this an extremely positive transition.

The facility is set in a lovely park like setting tucked away from the main busy roads in the neighborhood. The buildings are older, but seem to be well maintained and there is plenty of light in the facility owing to lots and lots of windows allowing natural light in, as well as pretty views of greenery. The day of our visit included a meal in the restaurant- like large dining area and the meal was quite tasty! It gave us an idea of what residents enjoy. We got to sit with a resident who gave us the ins and outs of the place. Pretty cool. Timothy has been wonderful to engage with on our two visits there and via phone and text. He could not have been more accommodating, professional and knowledgeable. We thank him for everything! If in the market for senior living/assisted living give West Park a look.

My aunt and I toured West Park Senior Living in San Dimas. It was a nice place and looked like a great community for seniors. We were there during their lunch time and all the residents we saw were social and seemed happy and engaged. Timothy gave us the tour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions. The place was clean and staff was friendly. Some updates could be made in some of the apartments we saw, but they were clean and decent. Also, the price was reasonable. However, my aunt felt like she wanted something more "homey". Although the environment felt like it was thriving with lots of activity, it wasn't exactly what my aunt was looking for. She said she felt like she was in a hospital because everything was so white. I figured, she was the one who was going to be living there, so she'd have the final say.

West Park is a beautiful facility, located in a beautiful neighborhood. From the leadership across to everyone, they are absolutely wonderful. Everyone smiles at you, greets you and is genuinely friendly. The facility also has residents that are ambassadors for the community, which I thought was awesome! This is a place that I would have my family member reside.

It’s very hard to make the decision to move your parent from their home to a senior living facility. Our family had to make that decision because it was too much for my mom. Of course in the beginning we were constantly checking on him to make sure they were taking good care of him. After about a week we were relieved knowing he was well taken care of. We definitely made the right decision to have him here. He requires help with his daily needs and we are very pleased with everything they do for him. He wears a bracelet with a call button for the staff to come to his aid wherever he is in the facility. The staff is really nice and we really appreciate what they do for him. We can tell my dad enjoys it there as well. When we first went there for a tour, there were tenants walking thru the hallways and the few we spoke to said they really liked it there as well.

I was really pleased by my recent tour of West Park Senior Living. The residents and staff went above and beyond to make my dad feel welcomed and a part of the community. The facility and offerings were reasonable and I am comforted by the fact that my dad will be well cared for.

I have visited the facility several times and met several of the staff and residents. It’s a beautiful facility and everyone I spoke with was very happy with their home and the care they received. I went to their Farmer’s Market and we all wanted to know when they would have another one. I follow them on social media and am pleasantly surprised by the number of activities they have.

Went to pick up 2 friends they were the 5th friends from our church to live here. It's a very nice place. Rooms R like a hotel room but with a bigger closet & bathroom combo. U can do just 1 room for about $4,000 a month or 2 rooms next to each other with a opening between for $6,000 a month.

Well maintained and clean, beautiful and compassionate staff especially the maintenance worker I believe john was his name who helped me with a few things around my fathers room. Even went out of his way to help hang pictures on the wall so my father felt right at home 🙂

The staff is wonderful. Quite a bit of longevity in the directors. Culinary service director has been with Atria for 19 years. With the 5 directors their combined years of service totals over 60 years. Very nice setting. Located on 5 acres in a residential neighborhood

I have to tell you about the amazing care my mom receives at Atria Rancho Park (ARP), especially through this Covid-19 crisis. The staff has gone above and beyond to make a difficult time as pleasurable as possible. Being quarantined to her apartment has not been easy but she is visited by the staff several times a day bringing her all of her meals plus snacks and letting her know about the day’s activities. They know her and look after her. Her Med Tech may sit and chat with her for 20 minutes one night, or the staff bringing her her meals will take the time to check-in with how she is weathering the storm. They have been so creative in the keeping the residence active. They have bingo from their front door with a sanitized individual table, exercise from their balcony, and happy hour with entertainment from the balcony as well. We choose ARP for three main reasons. She loved having her own balcony (mentioned above) which has proven to be a second room or place for her to go, see nature, feel the breeze in her hair. Second, the food was actually really good, another plus when shut-inat least you can look forward to a good meal and a smiling face at your door! And last, everyone seems genuinely happy to be there from the residence that live there to the great support staff. Before quarantine I found it so amazing that each of the residence as well as staff greet you with a big smile and hello. And the staff, they know everyone by name.such a warm homey environment. My mom is 94 and accidently shuts off her iPhone or can’t see well enough to find her hearing-aid. I can call the front desk and they send someone to help her out right then and there. My mom fell in her room the first of March this year. She was in the hospital and rehab for 10 days. We brought her back to ARP on March 13th and she was quarantined on March 15th. The Med techs and staff kept a close eye on her and let me know immediately when she had a secondary infection due to her fall. It’s been so reassuring to know they are looking out for her and keeping me updated. I appreciate all of the staff. They clean her room, do her laundry, cook her great meals, find fun ways to entertain her but most of all.they truly care about her. No place is perfect but Atria Rancho Park does a great job caring for those who need assisted living.

My Grandmother lives here, my Grandmother and our family are very pleased with the facilities, care, and food services. They get her to her medical appointments and pick her up in a timely manner, the community of residents they have built is nice, their patios & walkways are well kept & attractive. Highly recommended.

The caregivers are hit or miss. Some are pleasant and compassionate. Others are not helpful, in a rush and unfriendly. They are not very good at keeping to any schedule of care . Mu mothers breakfast plates can sit in her room until late afternoon. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of the nurse on the phone. You will be on hold forever and then one ever answers the phone. Quite expensive. Prices always going up.

Atria Rancho Park is a very nice place however, of late they are pricing the elderly out of their apartments. They have annual rent increases of 10% every January (who can afford that in our present economy? Social security increases are 0% to about 2%. In particular, my mom's budget cannot withstand that, and she eventually will be forced out of her home here and have to return to skilled nursing. This is a shame because she is cognizant at 92 and she would rather be with people she can converse with than with people who have dementia at a nursing home. In addition, they are now charging $6 to bring a tray of food up to the resident's room if they don't feel like coming down to the dining room to eat. It used to be $2 per tray. (They basically tripled the price). The price of care has also gone up about $30 per level. Level 1 care used to be $365 monthly and now it is $390
