Staff are attentive friendly for the most part, but there are very few activities an overall lack of training in how to utilize tools to assist a variety of conditions. Very pricey.

The staff is very caring, attentive and patient. There has been no turnaround of staff in the past four years. The new management has revamped the place in a lot of great ways. They always go out of their way to ensure that the even the smallest needs of residents do not go unmet. Administrator is prompt with responding to all queries even at odd hours. Highly recommend!
