My father lived here and the place is infested with roaches. They spray for roaches regularly and it's very strong and leaves white dust everywhere! My father was getting sick regularly and we didn't know why until he moved. The seniors get stuff stolen from them and there are drugs there from homeless people who come in from the streets. They don't care about helping seniors and will kick them out on the street to be homeless for any reason at all. Once when my father was taken to ER, someone came in and stole his money. I complained but nothing that I could really do. They need to look out for the seniors there ALOT more but they only care about collecting rent money! The food a gross and canned food. Joke! Also, I got parking spot there too and they NEVER gave me back my deposit even after calling them many times.

My sister in law lives at this community. She loves living at Park Place. She speaks highly of the entire management team. For the most part, the food is very good. The community is clean and well maintained. Everyone is treated fairly. Thank you!

It's not all that it pretend to be. I warn you. They charge us senior citizens $278 for ONE MEAL & THEY DO NOT MAKE SURE THE FOOD ISN'T PREPARED FOR "HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE CLIENTS AT ALL NOR CALORIE COUNTING. They do give US a full course MEAL. THEY DON'T have a variety of different types of meals. Also they give Us a hour to between 1 p.m to 2 p.m To call an place a order, but we can't pick It up, because "THE CHEF DON'T WANT TO MAKE IT." I CHECKED WITH HUD AND FOUND OUT THAT IT THEM THAT'S RUNNING THE PLACE. BECAUSE UNDER "HUD" DON'T HAVE THEM KIND IMPLEMENTS. That's the Chef being SLEAZY......HE SAID IT SLOWS HIM UP..
