I've worked at the land park Eskaton location for over 13years. I've seen many people come and go, but one thing that always remains is the atmosphere of feeling you are at home. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and supportive. Joey at the front desk is a gem. Whenever I have a chance to have a conversation with the residents, they are all very delightful people. It's truly an amazing feeling to hear stories of all different perspectives of each one's lives in their younger days. Eskaton has and will always have a special place in my heart.

I love this place!! Eskaton Land Park is a great place. They have the most amazing staff that go out of their way to make to make you feel at home! Joey at the front desk is the best receptionist ever!! Joey is always smiling and always has a great positive attitude!! Mom joined Monroe Manor in April. I have visited many times to see her and dine there. It is perfect for her with social outlets, good meals, very nice grounds to walk in, and areas available when the larger family visits. The staff is friendly, curious, and always greet everyone with a smile. Most important though, is that it is clean and secure. I'll never have to worry about Mom's welfare.

Through a series of life changes both of my parents moved into Eskaton Land Park together nearly 5 years ago. They moved out together when my dad needed additional care. When my mom could no longer stay with my dad the staff, management and residents welcomed her back with open arms. The facility and grounds are beautiful, but it's the staff, from top to bottom, that makes ELP the special place that it is!

I've lived here at Eskaton for going on three years now and I love it, the helpful and friendly staff especially. There are so many comforts here; I feel safe, supported and even pampered! The environment inside and out is lovely - there are lots of trees, a beautiful garden and the living areas are spacious and well-maintained. I would highly recommend. Oh, and the birds love the grounds as well - you can do a little birding by just looking out a window.

I previously worked there for 9 and half years it started out just as a part time job when I was in community college but it turned into more than that! I eventually ended up in a full time position and I loved helping the residents including my great aunt while she lived in the community. It wasn't just a place to work it turned into a family that cares about you. It was a great place to work and live I am sure!!

Next month I will have lived at Eskaton Land Park 5 years. The time just zipped by! Wonderful staff - most of whom have worked here many years. They bend over backwards to make the quality of life very pleasant. The food is excellent - lots of fruits & veggies or hotdogs/cheeseburgers. Whichever you prefer, there are lots of menu choices. More activities than you can keep up with. The grounds are lovely with paths for walking and even a fenced dog park. The place is well maintained with an Executive Director that is really on top of things. One last thought - Eskaton is a non-profit so the place is not likely to be sold out from under you!

I attended the BBQ bash for the anniversary and Joey was so welcoming and showed me around the facility! It was well organized and I loved the environment and loved the atmosphere. The food that was provided was amazing. Altogether I felt very welcome.

My mother lived at Eskaton Monroe Lodge for 6 months until she passed, and I can't say enough good things about this residence. The staff is phenomenal. They are consistently friendly, helpful, and understanding of the seniors that live there. The services are great and take a large burden off aging seniors. The community there is so abundant, they always have multiple activities each day, and lots of chances to be around others and engage in lots of fun events. Happy hours, golfing, movie nights, holiday celebrations, etc. Christmastime is especially beautiful in the facility and that really helps when residents may be feeling blue from having lost a spouse or partner, or just from general life changes. My mother said to me that she always felt safe here, and that's an invaluable feeling during a vulnerable time. I'm eternally grateful to the staff here for making my mother so comfortable and cared for.

We moved Mom into Eskaton Land Park and she is thriving. At 93 the community gives her the friends and exercise she was missing while living with us. The staff is friendly and helpful, they truly have the importance of resident's well being above all else.

The dedication, compassion, attention to the individual, kindness , support of residents and their families that Eskaton Monroe lodge gives and provides is exceptional. From the director all the way through to every employee that works there, residents are treated like family/friends . The food is so very good, with a variety of meals plus a light menu. Transportation is provided during the week for personal needs and a variety of activities. My parents were residents and I had such a peace of mind . I highly recommend

My mom recently had to move from Eskaton Monroe Lodge after close to two years living there. Unfortunately, she had to move to assisted living, as she needs around the clock care. Mom loved Eskaton! The team Tristin, the Executive Director, has assembled is amazing surpassing all my expectations. The employees truly care about the residents. They are doing a fantastic job with all aspects of management and care including meals, activities, facilities up keep, resident engagement and more. My mom loved the meals and activities, including movie nights. Tristin, Latoya, Adriana, Joey, Ellen, Jack, the maintenance guys, the housekeepers, and the food service are all attentive, friendly and supportive. I could not have asked for more for my mother. Thank you for taking such good care of mom!!!

My mother moved in to Eskaton Land Park a year and a half ago. She is very happy. The staff are all so kind, and the activities provided are fantastic! Every holiday is a celebration, and even holidays that exists only there (Happiness Day!) are fun. There is opportunity for my mom to be involved in as much or as little as she'd like. I'm thrilled that she has found Eskaton Land Park.

Eskaton land park is the perfect spot to stay in the neighborhood. It's so close to everything, walkable to so much. My grandmother lived here for 23 years, and my mom has been here for over two. In that time, two more of her friends have moved in also. The staff is friendly, and the activities so fun. Tristan really takes pride in running Eskaton, and it shows. My Auntie H. lives at Eskaton Monroe Lodge. This is a WONDERFUL home for active and alert seniors who want to enjoy the MANY daily activities offered. I visit my Auntie H. regularly. The other residents I have met are delightful and super sharp. The menus look delicious, and the staff is caring and active with the residents. There is a wide variety of activities every day. In addition, Eskaton add new activities regularly to keep things interesting. I am on-site enough to see the wide variety of activities, which seem to be well-attended. Estakon also regularly offers the residents trips around town, both individual driving and "field trips." Recent group trips include the ballet and brunch at a Sacramento landmark restaurant. Eskaton also allow residents to make requests for outings yup, my ever-so-cool Auntie H. requested a trip to a favorite microbrewery, and this outing was soon scheduled and fully attended. The facilities are well-kept and regularly updated. The beautiful outdoor area includes a greenhouse, flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, a putting green and plenty of shady seating. I am consistently impressed with how much Eskaton ensures their residents are active and satisfied in the way each resident wants.

This is a wonderful community. The building and outdoor areas are always clean and inviting. The director and all the staff truly care about the residents and the community. The residents enjoy the lifestyle and all the amenities. They say, there's always something going on. Keep up the great work.
