reported i had no,hot-water and was told being that issue was one of TOP PRRIORITY someone would be there ASAP, within an hour i heard some noise outside my unit, the maintenance was out there working on the issue, problem resolve within 20mins. I like living at Carefree Sr. Apt. for the last 2 yrs. Ive met a lot of good people who live here too. My oldest son Jason found this place for me and he doesnt live to far away. Im always happy when he visits.

Living here at Carefree Senior Living is wonderful. Even though we are in the mist of a coronavirus pandemic. Our activity director Dorothy keeps the residents engaged. Dorothy,and the staff, call and check in with the residents to see how they are doing. We play bingo virtually on Facebook with Dorothy, and the residents join in and enjoy that. for the carefree staff

This place is very welcoming, engaging, and friendly. The activities are in abundance, Happy Hours are so fun even the staff stays for them. The apartments are surprisingly spacious. The grounds are resort like with palm trees, heated pool and jacuzzi, and there is even pet areas.

My wife and I love it here! The apartment is great, the people are friendly and there is always something going on! With the fun bus making daily trips to local stores and other places, you dont need a car. If youre looking for great senior living in Natomas, come on down!

I absolutely love this place. I spend every day in the clubhouse and have never been bit by anything. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the leasing agents, the manager and the wonderful staff, I ALWAYS have a great time talking to them. They are so welcoming and nice to everyone. I love looking out my windows and seeing the beautiful palm trees. They have a luncheon on Wednesdays, hot breakfast on Thursdays, and happy hour on Fridays! You dont even have to leave the property to party like its 1999!!! And get this, there is even a salon!!! All we need now is a Starbucks! I love Carefree! You all rock!!!!!

In a nutshell, fairly priced given the rents of surrounding apartments; third floor end unit has great views and is quiet; maintenance staff is responsive; management staff seems to play favorites; jacuzzi and pool BBQs constantly broken; plenty of gossip; and more than enough bitter, mean-spirited, mentally challenged residents looking to meddle in others affairs. Other than that, it is adequate shelter in a solid neighborhood.

My husband John joachim and I love this place. We thought we would stay for a year and then move into a house....we were so wrong, its been 4 years now and it does not look like we are moving anytime soon. have not met the new manager as yet, I am looking forward to meeting her....but we love Joy, she is the best....overall, everyone here are great ..love this place.
