seems okay, until you have a medicine issue or any kind of complaint. if you have either, they promise the issue will be addressed, but it never is. some staff have horrible bedside manners, and they get [language removed] with you--i understand the residents test their patience, but that is not an excuse to take it out on you or your loved ones. staff needs to be calm, kind, and caring, and STOP DOWN TALKING EACH OTHER AND RESIDENTS. i often tell my caregivers to stop, count to 20 out loud, and let their own frustration and anger go. one in particular keep talking down to me, stating she has 20 years as a cna behind here and i just need to keep my mouth shutr. she need to just let me say what i have to say, and listen to my concerns, not get frustrated or upset--YOU SAY YOU HAVE 20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, SO BE KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

We taught Chair Hula for the residents at Apple Ridge Assisted Living, and what a fun experience it was. The residents were so excited about trying something new, and it felt so good to see the smiles on their faces as they enjoyed the hula movements and music from the islands of Hawaii. The community was renovated not too long ago, and it is such a bright, welcoming, yet modern environment. The residents shared with me how much they enjoyed living there and how much they welcome all the positive change they've seen in the community. Keep up the great work for the residents!

My sister-in-law is currently patient at Apple Ridge Assisted Living. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the facility is. The staff is friendly. When I email them they respond immediately. When I have expressed concerns they have been promptly and diligently taken care of.
