We had a wonderful open house last Friday " Springtime in Paris" The decorations were spectacular, including an 80 foot mural of Paris And flowers on the poles of the umbrella tables. A jazz band was hired to entertain us French food was prepared by our kitchen staff After the party was over, I was sitting out on my patio and watched the team take down the decorations and clean up the party leftovers What impressed me was the team consisting of Kathy Drew Sean Ginger and chef Lewis? The leadership and the cooperation of all members of his team were remarkable. Everyone pitched in and in no time everything was done Every single one of them needs to be commended for a job WELL DONE

My Mom lived at Roseville Commons for 7 years and was very happy there. It's a really good place for seniors who can be independent but want the security and comforts of living in a community of other seniors. The staff is warm and welcoming and were incredibly kind and patient with my Mom. The residents are friendly and there are plenty of activities. The apartments themselves are basic, but a decent size. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. If you are seeking a new home for yourself or a family member, it is definitely worth a tour.

Everyone is friendly and kind, and the residents really seem to enjoy each other's company. Whenever we visit, there is always a scheduled activity. Today it was cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. Thank you to everyone at Roseville Commons who make the community vibrant.

Roseville Commons is a warm, safe, and caring independent-living community that my mom has enjoyed for over 10 years. Special holiday decor and events are provided by the attentive staff.

My mother was a resident at Roseville Commons for the last 11 years. I cannot say enough how wonderful those years were for her thanks to the amazing people who took such a personal interest in their residents. Melody is one of the most qualified, sincere and caring people you will ever encounter. Drew did a great job making sure the community ran smoothly. Phul did an excellent job making my mom feel so welcome and kept her apartment in tip top shape. Margaret was also an exceptional hard working employee who could never be replaced. Roseville Commons residents were the cherry on top as they always made new residents feel like this was their home. It was an amazing 11 years for my 97 year old mom and we are so grateful to all the wonderful people who contributed to her happiness there. I HIGHLY recommend Roseville Commons to anyone wanting to take that next step in independent senior living.

My mom has lived at RC for the past year and we love it. Her apartment overlooks the courtyard and hearing the fountain from the patio is very relaxing. Melody, Kathy and Drew in the office are the best! They are always helpful and accommodating. The food is amazing, and the activities are fun to look forward to. The location is great, my mom doesn't have a car so thankfully there are many stores in walking distance. My family recommends Roseville Commons for any senior.

My uncle has lived there for two years and it is the most loving, caring staff and community. Before he moved here his sister (my aunt) lived at Roseville Commons for almost 4 years so we were already very familiar with them. It should speak highly for them that ALL the staff, from administrator to dining room, activities director, marketing director, housekeepers and maintenance, have all been there a long time. They clearly love their jobs and the residents. Another big selling point for my uncle was to be able to walk to nearby stores. I looked all over the Sacramento area, and I believe Roseville Commons is unique in this—they are within the same center as major retail—Trader Joe's, Riteaid, Grocery Outlet, and banks and delis and small retail. Such a nice feature!

Dad will become a resident this weekend. The process leading up to his decision has been emotionally difficult. The staff at Roseville Commons have bent over backwards to facilitate this process and accomodate us every step of the way. Marlene S. has been a godsend to our family. She knew exactly how to work with us to help Dad transition into his new life and is always helpful and receptive to my calls and requests. For example, she has kept regular conract with me since Dad first mentioned RC and invited us to events and meals to help Dad feel welcome. She even remembered his friends who lived there already and made sure to seat him with them when we went for a happy hour. This necessary move would be far more challenging if not for her. We owe her and Traci G, Tina E. and all the staff at Roseville Commons for being their for Dad & our family in this time of need. Please commend these fine people on a job well done. We look forward to a long relationship with them. Thank you. Linda U. Update to my review from 3 years ago: Due to an unexpected health situation Dad had to leave his RC "family" literally overnight. His health concerns required a move to an assisted living facility. To say that we were heartbroken is an understatement. For the first time since Dad left in Feb he went back to visit his RC family this past weekend. He was treated like a king by not only Drew and Melody (two of the amazing people who take care of their residents) but by his old friends, who greeted him with such love and attention it made it difficult to leave. Drew, Melody and Tina are the gold standard for residential care facilitators. They genuinely care about their residents and work tirelessly to provide a safe, active and caring environment for them. I so wish Dad could've remained in his home there, but we will continue to visit as often as we can. I can't recommend them highly enough!

The building and the grounds are well maintained, Juanita and her staff are always available, very friendly and helpful. The location is great with a shopping center next to this facility. I would highly recommend Roseville Commons for independent Senior living I would also like to Thank Juanita for her help and understanding with the sudden change requiring me to have to move my Dad to assisted living. Very nice apartments for the elderly. Seemed like everyone was enjoying independent living. They were having activities and live music while we were there. we were eating lunch in the dining room. Good food. I'd give it a try if I were old enough and wanted to live in the city. It was a little difficult to find.

I recently flew from South Carolina last week to spend four days with my sister, Sue Rider, at Roseville Commons, in Roseville, Calif.. What a wonderful time I had. I stayed in the guest suite and ate at the facility. Juanita, Marlene, and all the staff were wonderful! It was such a pleasure to be able to park my rented car in a safe place and not have to be concerned about driving out to a motel when I was tired. The food was outstanding!! Many feel that I am a good cook, but Chef Brian surpasses me. He even shared some of his "secrets." I am 72 yrs., and I cannot express how much I appreciate having this facility with its guest suite and marvelous treatment of my sister. It made my visit with her so much more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been! It feels so good to be able to see for myself that she is in such good hands at such a lovely place. Thanks again for such royal treatment of my sister and me. Beverly B.

My husband and I stayed there this summer in the guest suite while visiting my dad. He enjoys living there. I am only giving it 4 stars because I think there could be some improvements to the guest suite that would make it 5 stars for me. The bed in the guest suite is only a full size and it kind of sinks toward the middle. A new queen size mattress would improve it tremendously for me. Also, if the TV were HD that would be another bonus. We didn't spend a whole lot of time watching it but it would have been nice to watch it in HD. Another small thing would be if there were ice trays in the freezer. We had to borrow my dad's in order to get ice. Other than that the meals were all very good and there always seems to be something going on there for the residents. Harlan and Jean Teske Topeka, KS

My Mom lived at Roseville Commons for 5 1/2 years, until she was 91 years old. It is a great place with a great staff! All the staff (Juanita, Marlene, Traci, Tina, Terri, Margaret, Phul, Jack, Chef Brian and the rest) are very professional, qualified and compassionate. Our family knew our Mom was always safe, well-cared for and very happy at Roseville Commons. We highly recommend Roseville Commons for anyone in your family looking for a great independent senior living community. Thanks, Jim Kjol

Roseville Commons Senior Living- Roseville, California is by far the most beautiful senior living establishment I have seen yet. My Father has lived there for seven years and is very happy and healthy. We just stayed there for 3 days and enjoyed all they offer. He has a very nice apartment with balcony and elevators. It is decorated to the finest of everything. Beautiful dining room with Host and Servers. The food is excellent with special of the day or several selections. Very healthy choices as well. We did the chair exercises each morning, bingo, cookies at two, enjoyed the Library ,friendly and happy people whom reside there. We enjoyed a party for Flag Day with excellent entertainment and Hors_d'oeuvre too. They have special entertainment on Thursdays at three each week. Many other options for fun to do too. It has fabulous grounds, very safe area. Christmas they deck the halls. So nice with all their fireplaces to sit by. Please go on a tour if you or a family member are thinking of making a move in that direction. Marlene is an excellent Host and knows all you need to know. We drove down from Washington state and stayed the three days in the guest apartment. Fully furnished too. Try it out. You will be happy you moved there. More affordable than most and nicer than most. Thank you, Robin & Gary Powell Ocean Park, Washington

My mother lived in this wonderful Senior Independent Living Community for over 3 years and enjoyed every moment. The entire staff is caring and efficient regarding the needs of their residents. Juanita, Marlene and the entire office staff are experienced, caring and excellent at helping their residents on a daily basis. Javier and his entire dining room staff are tops at providing the two meals per day in courteous, fine restaurant style. The food is excellent. The monthly cost is quite reasonable for a senior independent living community. Walking distance to Trader Joe's grocery store and Rite Aid pharmacy/variety store, as well as banks, restaurants, other retailers, and a Lutheran Church. Comfortable and safe-feeling neighborhood for taking outside walks around the block. Community newspaper and coffee available every morning in the lobby and comfy fireplace/library areas. The Guest Suite is quite comfortable and very reasonably priced per night.

I perform at a lot of senior living communities in the area and Roseville Commons is one of my favorites. Tina directs the activities and she is awesome to work with! The residents are happy, active, and outgoing! It's always a pleasure to perform at Roseville Commons!

What a wonderful community and we love the staff here! Ask for Marlene if you go, she was an absolute delight to work with. If you are shopping around make sure you put this community on your list. Take a tour and try to speak with residents you may encounter, everyone is genuinely happy (this was important to us). The food is great, the activities are fun, the property is bright and clean, everyone who lives here is genuinely happy, idea location being next to Roseville Square shopping center and *wait for it* the price is right!!!

We helped CYT do a performance here. The staff was helpful, but the best part was how warmly we were received by the residents; a truly great group of people.
