My mother's care while at Roseville Care Facility in Roseville CA was very trying on everyone in the family. My mother went to Kaiser ER for extreme pain in her back. After being examined by the staff at the ER, she was transferred to the care of Roseville care center. That's when things got difficult. My mother brought her own medications for health issues that didn't involve her pain (COPD, rash on her legs and diabetes). My mom would call me to let me know that she wasn't getting the medication she was suppose to be. At first the reason was that there was a mix up with her medication and another person staying at the Facility. Next issue was, they were giving her too much of the diabetic medication that she takes on a daily basis as well as them giving her medication for Diabetes that she does NOT take at all. Next came the pain medication. The ADON (ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING) told me when I called that my mother was being given Tylenol 3x a day. That was not the case. My mother had to beg to be given a Tylenol after the doctor at the care facility said it was OK for her to have. My mother discharged herself in part because of the treatment from the night nurse as well as the difficulty in receiving the medication she was given by the ER. Today is Saturday, the day my mother is being released and her medication is no where to be found. My mom called me on speaker with the staff there next to her to ask me if I had received a phone call from a nurse at the facility regarding disposing of my mother's medication. NO ONE FROM THE FACILITY EVER CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY MOTHER'S MEDICATION. I even left a message for the Administrator named David. I guess the insurance money is all they care about because I never received a call back. Thank you David for finding some of the medication. Can you please explain the confusion of the information I redirected from Christine the ADON regarding the medication she told me my mother was being given (Tylenol) when she was not, or the initial confusion of the "mix up" between my mother's medication and another patient there? Doesn't instill any trust when you're being lied to.

May 2026
Very accommodating and friendly staff receptionist, nurse , food delivery. Facility appeared to be exceptionally well organized and very clean. Totally positive atmosphere. I was visiting a friend so I have no knowledge about pricing.

Visiting with my friend here has always been a great experience. I appreciate the security and hospitality of this facility. Everyone is kind and welcoming.
May 2026
When I come to visit my friend, people are polite and it seems like staff members are happy, laughing in the hallways sometimes. They always take good care of my friend, attending to her light when she needs help. The staff is gentle and kind with my friend.
May 2026
Appears clean with no bad smells. It is a large facility so there’s that, long way from front entrance. No chairs for visitors in room but there were some in the hall.
April 2026
Staff is friendly and the place is clean and no smell.
April 2026
I appreciated how helpful the staff was when Virginia and I had questions or a need.
March 2026
Cleanness was exceptional and friendly staff and workers. The only complaint is better signage for where the rooms are. Iv’e been there several times and have way around when I walked right past the hall that I should have went down and the maps they pass out for directions is not helpful.

I’m writing this review hoping others don’t make the same mistake my family did. When it’s a family members last wish is to leave this world peaceful. Roseville Care Center is Not the right place. My father was first put in this facility for rehab. And it went ok for the most part. He started declining and went into the hospital. While he was there, he was put on hospice. We weren’t wanting him to go back to Roseville Care Center but unfortunately, he was taken back there. If your looking for a place for a loved one going into hospice this is not the place. DO NOT put them there. My father did not pass peacefully like he wanted to or how we wanted him to. He was very restless. He was given medication to keep him calm. The first 2 days where the worst days. I still relive them and it’s the worst feeling. He finally started to calm down and we felt comfortable to head home to get rest and come back first thing in the morning. One thing I didn’t mention. We did not have access to him 24 hours. We had to leave at 8pm. We weren’t able to be there during the night, we could just hope he didn’t pass alone during the evening, we came back the next morning and he was extremely restless. His legs against the bed and wall hanging off bed. My sister went and asked if he received his evening medication and the nurse there said no we weren’t able to give him his evening meds. We asked why and the response was “we just didn’t”. There where some nurses who really did care and then there where others who didn’t give a [language removed] and that’s the same with management. He passed away 5 days after he was put in there. I can honestly say that week was the worse week of my life. Not only did I lose my dad but I had to see him pass the way he did. We have yet to hear from Roseville Care Center. They never reached out to give their Condolences. That there alone shows they don’t care. Everyone is just a number there. Please don’t put a loved one there. Don’t put them through being ignored or not being taken care of.

Day one. Here due to severe leg & ankel injuries to rehab for non weight bearing leg. I'm in severe pain with no answer as to what i am supposed to do for my pain. Men & women are crying out. I am so sorry to be here. I am also in the 400 unit that has had previous issues. Neighboring rooms have Covid. They said they are using procautions... gloves mask... really. My roommate has infection. This is what I'm supposed to be Protected from. This is One Flew over Coo Coos Nest - a living HELL

Wonderful staff at Roseville Care Center for my mother. She says everyone here has a smile on their face. It’s been 6 months so far and she enjoys the food, going to the exercise room and playing the piano in the activities room with the Saturday volunteer church group. We are treated well by staff and are very pleased. It can be a difficult transition but much better than I anticipated due to management and caregivers. Thank you again!
May 2025
You were very nice to my dog and me during our volunteer visit. Thanks
May 2025
While the outside of your facility is dated (very concerned when I drove there the first time) my mom (broken hip recovery) was very happy with the food and gym/PT there. All the nurse staff was excellent she said. great job. Thank you! Hope we don’t have to come back, but if necessary, we’ll use you again!
May 2025
Helpful kind and professional care. Need to acknowledge the nurses and CNAs for always responding to every call with kindness and care.. it was clear that my husbands mobility and independence was everyone’s focus on physical therapy team.
May 2025
I would like to recognize Jordan C., a daily CNA who was very knowledgeable, but most of all, he was kind, considerate and always willing to help out. He was especially compassionate to those who needed more time or assistance. He was interesting to talk to and never had you feel that you were intruding on him. He was very cheerful all of the time and really loved his job. He's truly a one-in-a-million type of employee that RCC should cultivate and hold high as a great example of compassion, kindness and knowledge. He was the best thing about this place!
April 2025
We are extremely happy with this facility. The staff are friendly and responsive. Our 90 year old family member raves about the food and the caregivers.

December 2024
It can be worrisome when you put a loved one into a skilled nursing home. Roseville Care Center has been amazing with their care. They are nice and attentive. My mom gets her meals on time and any other food items they have. She can request snacks (fruit/sandwiches/cracker/yogurt etc) and they bring it to her right away. One night she woke up feeling alittle panicked so they took her to the nurses station, wrapped a blanket around her, fed her some crackers and juice and the nurse talked to her and let her hang out with them until she was tired and wanted to sleep more. That to me is going over and above to make a patient feel comfortable. PT has been kind and patient not just with my mom but with others within the facility. Every day when I walk down the hallways I am smiled at by the workers, wished a good morning and will ask if I need anything when I’m visiting my mom. When I call Roseville Care Center to check on my mom during the day or night every person that answered the phone and gave me an update has been thorough and incredibly sweet and I never felt like I was bothering them or rushed to get off the phone. I’ve walked into other care places that smell like.. let’s just stay they don’t smell great. Roseville always smells clean. Kudos to the staff and management for making Roseville Care Center a great place for your loved ones in becoming strong and back on in their feet.
November 2024
The care my mother received at Roseville Care Center was wonderful. The employees show kindness and sensitivity. As in any care facility, there are never enough staff to meet the needs of so many patients. But the staff here works very hard and provides the best care they can, treating each patient with respect.

The staff seem happy and are very nice to the residents. They offer activities such as bingo, exercise classes, and music. The PT works with my Dad daily and he is appreciative of the care he is receiving. He says the food is pretty good as well. They allow pets to visit as long as they can show proof of vaccinations. That is a huge morale booster. We feel safe leaving him in their care. He is as happy as he can be in this temporary situation.

My husband broke his hip. The people there are awesome. He had some really talented therapists, both occupational and physical. Tim, Meeka and Wade were outstanding. He, in particular, liked Kaylee, his speech therapist. She came with a sparkle in her eyes and she made his day, every day. He, liked Jordan, Ashley and Tip as his CNA's. They always cared for him with great talent and thought. We were both very appreciative of them . Darren was quite the nurse. He was a fun person. He makes everyone smile. There were many others but too many to name. I was in there every single day so I personally witnessed the care each of these people gave him. Overall, it was a good experience for him. Or as good as it could be given the circumstances. Thanks for the care. He comes home tomorrow. We were in West facing window so curtains over the windows would have been nice. We were in 314B.. Curtain only goes part of way. Made very hot even with air conditioner. Thanks for everything. Carolyn Immenschuh

June 2024
I think this Care Center is a little better than some my Mom has been in over the years. My main complaint is that as a rehab place they are very weak on getting a patient motivated for physical/occupational therapy. If she says she doesn't want to do it, they don't do it.. My Mom was there for one month and all I wanted was for her to be able to potty and shower for herself as she was doing very well prior to her surgery. She is still not doing it so I cannot bring her home as I am not qualified to Care for someone that is basically bedridden. Very disappointed.
May 2024
When we walked into the facility, we were greeted with a fresh clean fragrance in the air! The lobby was decorated nice and the set up for families to sit together was welcoming. The staff was very friendly and even the patients who were sitting outside their rooms were friendly as well. Yesterday was my 2nd visit to Roseville Care Center and it was another wonderful experience. The employees were very cordial as they walked down the hallways or coming outside a patient’s room.
