My mom has been a resident at Oakmont of Roseville for about 2 1/2 years. She started out on the assisted living side. About after a year. She transitioned to the Memory side. The staff always has a smile and they always refer to me by my name. Just recently they had an Easter Brunch for the residents and family members. Everything was done with thought and care. They once again did a fabulous job. The care staff even made Easter Cards for all family members. With different hand written messages in each one. Not something that they bought at CVS or off the internet. WELL DONE‘

I am generally very happy with the facilities and all of the staff. This is the same for the provided meals. However; I rarely get meals hot let alone warm. This last holiday meal [Thanksgiving] was without stuffing, barely had any cranberries or gravy. I hope Christmas will be something to write home about. Thanks

We found Oakmont almost by accident, when my dad was Ill and we were in immediate need of somewhere safe for my mother to stay. We had looked at nearly every assisted living community between Grass Valley and Roseville when someone at the hospital recommended we look at Oakmont. We’re so glad that we did. Walking in, it felt much nicer than any of the other places we had seen. We met with Nate, who was amazing, gave us a tour, and answered all our questions. Luckily, they had a place available and we took it at once. During the transition, everybody on the staff was incredibly helpful, flexible, and friendly. When the time came to move in, they even some of my mom’s favorite foods and snacks waiting in her apartment. We are back frequently and notice every time how friendly the staff are – they seem genuinely happy to be there and caring about the residents. The live music twice a week is really cool, and the facility is always spotless. The courtyard is beautiful and quiet, and the location is super convenient. We have dined with my mother several times and the food is great, with a terrific set of options for the residents. While this wasn’t a situation we were quite prepared for, we are so happy that we found Oakmont.

My mom has been part of the Oakmont of Roseville community for almost 2 years and we can't imagine her living anywhere else. Every staff member knows her by name and has gone out of their way to attend to both her requests and needs, always with thoughtfulness, a positive attitude and a smile. From individual care to group activities and outings, Oakmont of Roseville has been a perfect fit my mom and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a community that will care for a loved one the way beloved family members should be cared for.

The facility is beautifully decorated, fells like home, which was important to me while looking for my folks. Staff is extremely friendly and responsive whenever needed. I would definitely recommend Oakmont of Roseville

My wife, Marion, and I have lived at Oakmont for over 14 months and are very please with our experience. Most important the staff and the other residence are very friendly. There is a very family like environment at Oakmont of Roseville. The marketing director has been especially helpful. She help us when we were moving our wheel chair bound son into Oakmont from another assisted living facility to have him near us. The kitchen staff help put on a great dinner and breakfast party In the private dinning room for my 90th birthday party. Gary Chapman

I’m so glad we chose Oakmont! My father has been living in Memory Care for over a year now. I don’t worry about him there, and the peace of mind is priceless. It’s small enough that staff know our family, and they work hard to take care of their residents. We enjoy comfortable visits in front of one of the multiple fireplaces, or in warm weather enjoying the beautiful courtyard. The support group meetings are so helpful. I recommend Oakmont to anyone who is looking for a care home for a loved one.

My husband and I moved to this lovely facility beginning September 2022. Our son Spencer who lives in Granite Bay recommended to us to make the move here from Sun valley, Idaho for 2 reasons. My husband had advanced Parkinson's disease and needed more medical assistance than we were able to get in our small community and we also wanted to be closer to 2 of our children - our son in Granite Bay and our daughter in Oakland. From the day we moved in we felt very much at home. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs. On June 23 my husband David had a fall resulting in a minor injury to the hip. After 3 weeks of rehab, we decided to move him to memory care. The help and support he received there again was very good. The staff respected our somewhat different situation, meaning that I wanted to spend every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with David. In other words, I still wanted to be involved in his care. The staff and I worked very well as a team. On December 3, 2023, my sweet husband of 64 years passed due to an acute bowl blockage. I made the decision to move back to my longtime home in Idaho. I will miss the many wonderful residents who have become good friends and of course the management team and all the care staff. I will miss everyone but will treasure the good memmories.

The level of compassionate professionalism at Oakmont Roseville was very uplifting and quickly instills a sense of safety and security for any loved one you might consider for residency there. Stephanie and her staff gave us stellar treatment and answered any and all concerns we had. The property itself is top shelf and honestly quite luxurious in every way. More like a 5 star mountain lodge than a long term assisted living facility.

My parents have been at Oakmont of Roseville for 2 years. I can't say enough about the accomodations and the staff here. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They were so supportive when my mom passed this summer and have been there for my dad during this difficult time. The most meaningful thing about Oakmont of Roseville is that the staff treats every resident with dignity. It truly is a special place and I'm so grateful!

Oakmont has been wonderful for our family. We enjoy the public spaces while visiting our dad. The staff are friendly and supportive. Most importantly, we feel good about knowing our dad is in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

The staff are very friendly. They always have a kind word and a smile for guests and residents alike. The facility is very nice. The food is very good. Activities are frequent and appropriate. Our father generally enjoys living there. They do not respond to tenants signal for assistance as quickly as I would have hoped. And on rare occasions, not at all. Our father has slipped to the floor on many occasions and cannot get up unassisted. He has sat for up to 30 minutes waiting for help to get up. He is scheduled for assistance bathing and on at least one occasion recently they did not show up to do it. I suspect staffing levels are a challenge, but if he were to be hurt, it may take a long time to get help.

This is a REALLY BEAUTIFUL place for my motherinlaw..The only problem is the price. Every year it goes up 5% ...Alot of people can't afford that. Other then that, its a wonderful place.

Oakmont Facility is an exceptional place I recommend families to check them out and consider their facility. It is nice & clean and staff is very friendly. Especially Ms. Tyrisha H. She is amazing at what she does, one of my close friends have a family member at the facility and they always speak highly of Ms. Tye. I wish all workers were as diligent as her! Keep up the good work.
