Ivy Park is amazing! Every single staff person is warm, friendly, and attentive. You can't pay people to be like that. The staff knows all the resident's names, too! The food is amazing, and there are wonderful activities. 98% of the RESIDENTS are alert and outgoing. I never imagined Assisted Living could be so wonderful. My mom loves it, too. She is so happy. Her apartment is beautiful. As her daughter, I am thankful that she is eating well, gets her meds, is happy, SAFE, and is finally socializing. Thank you, Ivy Park! Laura Montgomery

Ivy Park at Roseville is easily the most charming senior living communities in Roseville, if not all of Sacramento. The staff is warm and welcoming. The residents are active, welcoming and curious. They are so fun to talk to. And the food! Just had lunch there and thought I was in an upscale restaurant. This is definitely the place where I would like my mom and dad to live. The sales person, Flor, gave me the best tour; she was so patient with all of my questions. She invited my parents to spend the day here and participate in some of the activities. I can't wait to get back!

Very pleased with the administration, dining hall staff and the great variety of foods served just the way you like it...and the care staff is exceptional as well. Many activities available including field trips, card games, entertainment and much more. The atmosphere is warm and caring with many smiles and friendly staff.

I'm a Senior Move Manager and we just moved a resident in their newly renovated apartment and it was really nicely updated and the residents were all extremely social and welcoming. The community is very lively and everyone is engaged, it's great to see.

Truly a home-like atmosphere. From the beautiful decor, to the sizeable apartments, to the genuinely warm and friendly staff, I simply cannot gush enough about how wonderful it is at Ivy Park at Roseville. The location of the community is just minutes away from both Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Hospital. They offer free bus or car service to local appointments. Probably best of all is the FOOD! Their chef should be in a four-star restaurant! I can't get enough of their fine cuisine. This is definitely the place to enjoy your Golden Years!

This assisted living facility should be rated 10 stars. My Dad moved into Ivy Park a couple days, ago. After touring several assisted living facilities in the Roseville/Rocklin area my family and I found Ivy Park to be the "premiere" facility. Impeccable living conditions, top notch compassionate and dependable staff, a dining menu created daily by a top chef, a host of fun daily activities, and the residents are friendly and respectful and welcoming. My Dad has already made a few friends. I feel comfortable knowing that my Dad is living in an environment where he is well cared for and respected. Thank you Ivy Park at Roseville for operating a "premiere" assisted living facility!

SRG Sierra Pointe is a top notch Sr living community. Their staff is very ethical, with a luxury facility and amenities, and their is a great rehab team that always has the residents best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this community.

My mom moved in June 2022 right before it was taken over by another company. This has not been a good experience since the take over. Food and care has declined significantly. Staff that have been there a long time are leaving. Thinking of other alternatives for my mom.

The facilities are clean and the care seems good. HOWEVER, beware of moving in or sending your loved ones here as there has been a spate of burglaries and the management is doing very little about them. The last time this happened, the previous management called the police and the culprit was caught, but not so much this time. Our elderly (late 90's) relative has had items stolen 3 times (and yes her mind is VERY clear), but no police have turned up. It is incredibly distressing for her and now it seems that the family is going to have to take things into their own hands to make her safe. Not good at all. I would never send anyone here to live any more!

My mom moved in the Fall of 2016. The staff really is kind and pleasant. The staff is also long-tenured. Every time I've visited I've noticed how often the staff engages the residents by name and engages in conversations. They don't seem hurried in their interactions with residents. That says a lot about the leadership at Sierra Pointe. As a visitor, they don't make me feel like I'm intruding. They make me feel welcome. My mom's happy with the food. She enjoys the quality of the property and they do a nice job with the garden and patio areas (on which my mom's apartment overlooks). Move-in was not burdensome; they were very flexible with us. She hasn't needed much in the way of assistance services. So, it's tough to comment there. Aside from the challenge of moving out of her home of 20-years, she was very glad she chose to move to Sierra Pointe after having visited about 8-10 different properties.

My mother in-law has been at Sierra pointe for 1 1/2 years. We can not say enough about the quality of care, the amazing, hardworking and caring staff and all that is offered for the residents. Steve and his staff are dedicated to hands on, compassionate, high quality care. We are very grateful my mother in-law is in such a wonderful environment.

My parents lived at Sierra Pointe for several years as independent and assisted living residents. The loving, caring environment of Sierra Pointe is in my opinion unsurpassed. My family had the highest of confidence in all levels of staff and management; they were friendly, considerate and professional at all times, and we came to consider them our friends. Sierra Pointe staff and management were exceedingly responsive to the special care my parents eventually required and, despite their busy schedules, always made it a point to stop by, or greet my parents as well as family members, and make sure all was well. Thank you Sierra Pointe!
