I cannot say enough good things about this community, its staff, and the many individuals behind the scenes that run this community. We moved my grandma into Ivy Park Roseville 3 or 4 years ago and she could not be happier, the food is good, the place is clean and there's always something to do. They somehow managed to get my grandma to go and participate in activities, which I didn't believe possible. My grandma, who is the daughter of an architect, takes a lot of interest in the way a building is maintained, made quick friends with their Maintenance director Travis, who always takes the time to make sure she feels in the loop about his projects. Finally, I'd like to compliment the team for giving me the opportunity to shadow them when I had interest in the field. Thanks to their advice, and guidance I was able to get my dream job at a different community. If you want to place your family members somewhere where they will thrive, bring them to Ivy Park Roseville!!!!!

My parents needed to move on short notice, and unfortunately the timing coincided with a long-planned trip I had out of the country. Tamara went above and beyond to coordinate the moving company and make the entire process as seamless as possible during what was an emotional and challenging transition. While I was away, she kept me updated every step of the way, even sending photos after my parents were settled into their new apartment, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. A few days after they moved in, my parents celebrated their anniversary. I happened to mention it to Tamara that morning, and she immediately arranged a special celebration with a personalized cake and flowers. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my parents feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly cared for. I am incredibly grateful for Tamara’s compassion, professionalism, and exceptional support throughout the entire moving process. She made a difficult transition so much easier for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Ivy Park.

I've been very very pleased with everything. I have never been disappointed in anything while being a Resident for two and a half years. The staff is wonderful and the food is exceptional. The fact that we can have choices when choosing our meals is so important. It's quiet in this area so we don't hear traffic. Again the staff is so friendly and helpful.

After much research and visiting assisted living options for my 94 year old mom I wasn’t very impressed, that is until I walked in the front door of Ivy Park at Roseville, I was instantly greeted by Denise at the concierge desk, while I was waiting for a tour I was pleased with the vibe of this place it’s not only beautiful, the residents were happy and very friendly which is important to my mom. Deborah Levin met with me, we discussed the situation and she made me feel hope and relief that I haven’t felt for the past 6 months! I had one more place I wanted to tour and ultimately decided my mom would be happy and well cared for at Ivy Park at Roseville. The move in went smoothly with help from the staff, they are all so supportive. I would recommend this assisted living community to anyone!

Ivy Park is amazing! The staff and dining hall staff are always friendly. They know me by my first name and they bring us our drinks before we even ask for them. This place is so very important to me. The residents are also real friendly. It's like a real family here. If I ever feel sad, I just go downstairs and the staff and residents cheer me up right away. They have lots of activities to participate in and live entertainment three times a week and happy hour at least twice a week. I definitely recommend Ivy Park!

I've recently been through the process of moving my dad into Ivy Park, and I'm very pleased to report that the entire staff there has been and continues to be exceptionally helpful. Thanks to Tamara and Debra for everything from making the paperwork and preliminary evaluations so smooth, coordinating great movers and being so communicative, attentive and responsive as my dad get's gets situated. I live out of state, so this has been especially meaningful to me during this difficult time. When I visited Roseville to get my dad physically moved, everyone was fantastic. Shout outs to Travis and David who addressed all of the maintenance and connection needs so quickly, and to Denise for coordinating all of the thousand little things from the front desk. And a shout out to Frauline for taking the time to contact me and get my dad started with some much needed chair exercises right away. My dad and I agreed after initially touring a few facilities that Ivy Park had the friendliest and happiest vibe and we agreed that the staff seemed very capable, so we selected it. I continue to be impressed with their service. It's a giant relief to know my dad is getting good care in a place where he feels happy. Thanks to everyone there!

Update: I want to recognize Deborah Levin at The Ivy Roseville. Her kindness and caring to my mother in law and others at Ivy is next level! My mother in law talks about her all the time and lights up when she comes by. Ivy you've got a gem in Deborah. My mother-in-law has been a resident at Ivy Park Roseville for close to 18 months. I would recommend Ivy Park Roseville to all my friends and family that are in need of a new home for their loved one that has different levels of active and assisted living. There are many activities, outings, attentive staff and a special room where you can come and dine with your family member.

Ivy Park Roseville has exceeded my expectations. Not only is it beautiful inside, it is a fantastic, caring and safe place to live. My Mom is 96 yrs old and was struggling living in different cities with family members. She was very lonely and her mental health deteriorating away from her community, church and friends. We found Ivy Park through her many friends that were already living there. The staff is amazing , everyone I have met and that is many , gives lots of love and compassion to all residents, family and friends. My Mom is enjoying her life to the fullest. The process of settling her into her new home was well organized and easy. Mom, her family and friends are so happy we made the right choice. I highly recommend if you have a loved one or yourself needing a change and top notch care this is your place.

We moved our 97 y/o Mom into Ivy about a month ago. We wanted her to have a quality of life with her friends around her (10 of them). There are plenty of activities, great meals, attentive staff and an opportunity to have independency with her own apartment. Her First day the entire staff knew. Pros 1. Facility smells like home not an instruction 2. Tenants are monitored but not in an over bearing way 3. Coffee and snack shop 4. Full kitchen great meals not miscowaved 5. Cleaning person every week 6. Bed made daily 7. Put laundry outside door it's done form them 8. Get.them to church every Sunday 9. Take them.were ever they need to go. 10. We can come to ANY meal and eat.together 11. Medications supervised 12. Lots of other percks, too many mention Cons NONE In Closing a great place for her to life and enjoy her life and we know she is safe!!!9

I just moved my sister to Ivy Park at Roseville and it has been a wonderful experience so far. The staff there is so attentive and really go out of their way to make the new resident feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the whole facility is clean and nicely decorated. Having toured almost a dozen ALF’s in the Roseville area we decided on Ivy Park for our family member. Ivy Park has a really nice outdoor area with mature trees. It’s pushed back away from the street and seems quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They offer fun activities, live music and more. Ivy Park is amazing! Every single staff person is warm, friendly, and attentive. You can't pay people to be like that. The staff knows all the resident's names, too! The food is amazing, and there are wonderful activities. 98% of the RESIDENTS are alert and outgoing. I never imagined Assisted Living could be so wonderful. My mom loves it, too. She is so happy. Ivy Park at Roseville is easily the most charming senior living communities in Roseville, if not all of Sacramento. The staff is warm and welcoming. The residents are active, welcoming and curious. They are so fun to talk to. And the food! Just had lunch there and thought I was in an upscale restaurant. This is definitely the place where I would like my mom and dad to live. The sales person, Flor, gave me the best tour; she was so patient with all of my questions. She invited my parents to spend the day here and participate in some of the activities. I can't wait to get back!

Truly a home-like atmosphere. From the beautiful d©cor, to the sizeable apartments, to the genuinely warm and friendly staff, I simply cannot gush enough about how wonderful it is at Ivy Park at Roseville. The location of the community is just minutes away from both Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Hospital. They offer free bus or car service to local appointments. Probably best of all is the FOOD! Their chef should be in a four-star restaurant! I can't get enough of their fine cuisine. This is definitely the place to enjoy your Golden Years!

This assisted living facility should be rated 10 stars. My Dad moved into Ivy Park a couple days, ago. After touring several assisted living facilities in the Roseville/Rocklin area my family and I found Ivy Park to be the "premiere" facility. Impeccable living conditions, top notch compassionate and dependable staff, a dining menu created daily by a top chef, a host of fun daily activities, and the residents are friendly and respectful and welcoming. My Dad has already made a few friends. I feel comfortable knowing that my Dad is living in an environment where he is well cared for and respected. The facilities are clean and the care seems good. HOWEVER, beware of moving in or sending your loved ones here as there has been a spate of burglaries and the management is doing very little about them. The last time this happened, the previous management called the police and the culprit was caught, but not so much this time. Our elderly (late 90's) relative has had items stolen 3 times (and yes her mind is VERY clear), but no police have turned up. It is incredibly distressing for her and now it seems that the family is going to have to take things into their own hands to make her safe. Not good at all. I would never send anyone here to live any more!

My mom moved in the Fall of 2016. The staff really is kind and pleasant. The staff is also long-tenured. Every time I've visited I've noticed how often the staff engages the residents by name and engages in conversations. They don't seem hurried in their interactions with residents. That says a lot about the leadership at Sierra Pointe. As a visitor, they don't make me feel like I'm intruding. They make me feel welcome. My mom's happy with the food. She enjoys the quality of the property and they do a nice job with the garden and patio areas (on which my mom's apartment overlooks). Move-in was not burdensome; they were very flexible with us. She hasn't needed much in the way of assistance services. So, it's tough to comment there. Aside from the challenge of moving out of her home of 20-years, she was very glad she chose to move to Sierra Pointe after having visited about 8-10 different properties.

My parents lived at Sierra Pointe for several years as independent and assisted living residents. The loving, caring environment of Sierra Pointe is in my opinion unsurpassed. My family had the highest of confidence in all levels of staff and management; they were friendly, considerate and professional at all times, and we came to consider them our friends. Sierra Pointe staff and management were exceedingly responsive to the special care my parents eventually required and, despite their busy schedules, always made it a point to stop by, or greet my parents as well as family members, and make sure all was well.
