My wife's grandmother has been living at Diamond Oaks Residential Care for several months now, and we are extremely happy with the care she is receiving. As soon as we walked in, we could tell that this was a special place. The staff is incredibly welcoming and caring, and they have gone out of their way to make my wife's grandmother feel at home. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities to keep the residents comfortable and entertained. What really sets Diamond Oaks apart, though, is the level of attention and care that the staff provides. They take the time to get to know each resident personally, and they are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and happiness. My wife's grandmother has made new friends and is thriving in this environment, which is a true testament to the quality of care provided. We feel grateful to have found Diamond Oaks, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compassionate and supportive home for their loved one.

One of the most challenging decisions I faced was deciding where my mom would live when she couldnt live independently any longer. Diamond Oaks Residential Care was highly recommended, and I am so grateful I found them. Their focus on making their home the residents home is so comforting. Our mother was at Diamond Oaks for several years. We came from a facility that we had problems with. When we moved her we were not confident at all.. we were very surprised with the care that she received. The knowledge of the staff was outstanding. They worked with my wife who visited daily for years with her mother. A time came when her mother was confused and the visits were causing anxiety for her. They convinced us to go once or twice a week and suggested if we wanted to come more often to come and look in on her, but not let her see us. This helped my wife as well. Our mother had suffered from extremely high cholesterol for many years and the meals were all well rounded and healthy. Her levels, got solidly in the healthy range and for the first time and her doctor took her off of the medication. They had a lot of activities for the people there. I should mention that every time we took her to her doctor they gave her a full body check and several times asked us about her care. Of course we were worried and the doctor said that it was rare that somebody like her was so clean and obviously well cared for. Her biggest issue was fear. I watched them spend time with her and treat her like she was a family member. Some how they would get her to eat at every meal. In short, this was very hard for us to go through. We never once worried about her care. We were there almost daily and never saw a time when the house wasnt immaculate. She always was clean and dressed. This is a tough decision for any family member to make. We looked at numerous places and saw some dirty horrible ones. This was by far the best choice we could have made. We cant recommend them stronger. They were always there for us. Never gave us a worry. Even when she passed they were fantastic in the way they handled the situation. Jim and Karen Mattos
