My friend was a patient at Bayshire. When I visited her I noticed how clean the facility was and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My friend said she had great care, delicious meals and soothing back rubs before bed.Overall a very positive experience. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My brother-in-law was in Bayshire for his severe health care needs. I have to say that it is one of the best run assisted living facilities that I have every been in. They took such good care of my brother-in-law who was unable to walk and they put him in a Lift and lifted him from the chair to the bed. They took care of the bedsores that he came in with from ManorCare. They gave him their full attention. I’ve been a nurse in several nursing home facilities. I wouldn’t put my dog in most of them. If your health requires you to go to a nursing facility I would highly recommend Bayshire over anyone in the valley. I would like to thank them for all the care and loving attention to my brother-in-law in his darkest days and time of need. Dee and Joe

I am a patient that will be discharging from services on Wednesday. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff here. They have been so kind and caring. A few of my favorite people here are Desiree from the therapy department, Jeanette one of the nursing staff and Brittany the Director. I will be going back home stronger and more confident. I went to Brookdale two separate times. Once in 2018 after a knee replacement....I had excellent care!! Then again in 2019 after a hip replacement. Still good care.

I havent been a resident but I went through rehab here after complications from a gall bladder removal. I have been to other places for rehab and none of them compared to the rehab team here. They make rehab (almost) a pleasure. I told them to work me as hard as they could without killing me. 🙂 They took me at my word and we went at it. Very pleasant people. Food is decent, far better than other rehab places I have been in. The nurses and attendants were always very responsive when I needed assistance.

I spent 3 weeks here after my hospitalization. I had a great experience. The nursing staff was very friendly and caring. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I've spent a lot of time in various places and this one stands out above the rest.

I am so pleased to be able to share how impressed I have been with this skilled nursing facility. Not only are the people caring and kind, but their obvious commitment to their patients well being has made the difficult condition my sister is living with (one that requires not only time, but much patience...) not only bearable, but almost a positive experience. She actually smiles and calls it "The Ritz"! A sincere Thank you! to all concerned.

I'm currently on week 5 out of 6 as a patient here. If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. The facility is very clean and well maintained. One can tell that the employees here care about how their work environment looks, take a walk through before deciding on leaving a loved one or even yourself here for before making that decision. I would like to give a shout-out to 3 employees who made my stay warm and comfortable. Connie is one of the hardest working Rn's I know. Her sidekick, LVN Rc is incredible. If your lucky and are on the hall the has Rn Ida you won't sleep.Ida should be a comedian, to me those 3 are top notch.Then you have the fun activities that they offer, this place is non stop fun. Its hard to single out 3 staff members, every staff member that I was in contact with was very professional. As a former local business owner, I have to say this, "your business is only as good as your employees" Top notch here. If by chance I have the opportunity to return to a skilled nursing facility for post-op, hands down I would return here.Stop in and speak with Gina, Social service Director if you have any questions, you might even find her here at 10:30pm walking the halls.I'll miss this place, it felt like home to me with 24hr medical care.

I found out since I came to Brookdale Rancho Mirage, I have everything that I need, including a happy hour with Brookdale booze. Living here is a joy, we have many outings I can go on and my apartment is wonderful. When Brookdale combined with Wish of a Lifetime, I asked Brookdale to grant my wish. It was a helicopter ride over Mt. Rushmore. It was unsual but I was hoping i'd get my wish.....which i did! I just returned from Mt. Rushmore last night and every part of my wish was superbly handled. The photographer Sheena was wonderful, the helicopter owner was so superb to the point they sent a van to Keystone to pick us up, took us to the helipad and we got our ride, which was a thrill of a lifetime. If I didn't live at Brookdale Rancho Mirage I would have never got my wish fulfilled.
