My father spent 9 months here before passing. It was the absolute best decision for his care due to the wonderful and caring staff as well as the deep friendships he developed. Our father was in summersets care for about 9 months and we absolutely fell in love with the staff and fellow residents. This is a wonderful care home. My uncle moved into the memory care unit at Summerset and my family was very stressed about how he would do, what it would be like, etc. From the beginning Summerset staff and management was AMAZING. They helped us (in the middle of a pandemic!) stay in touch with my uncle, and kept us up to date on his progress and well being. We went to visit him, and I saw first-hand that the residents were happy and cared for and genuinely enjoyed interacting with staff. My uncle was clean, happy and well taken care of - I am so thankful for this place and wish everyone could live out their golden years in a place like this!

I love working with the Seniors in this wonderful facility as their hair, skin and nails expert in the salon. One of the nicest care homes Ive been to in a long time. We are seriously considering taking my grandpa for a tour of the Lincoln location that just opened recently because of how wonderful Summerset Rancho Cordova is and all the amenities- activities-food provided.

I just want to warn currect residents and future residents to check their monthly invoices carefully. Summerset is all about the money! Their rates are high. But late fees are out of this world. If you provide info from your bank proving a timely payment- they argue it was 1 day late and refuse to remove charges. They calculate charges incorrectly, do not accurately indicate correct periods- all to generate extra fees. They send out bills late and charge late fee because that did not leave enough time to pay it. Billing manager in not a professional, is rude, arrogant and will leave you on hold or not return calls. Only focused on arguing with clients to collect fees rather than resolve problems and explain bills. Elderly are taken advantage of here. Unfair and rude billing dept manager.
