After looking for almost 7 months I found Legacy Hills at Poway apartments for seniors like me! The very first person that I met it was Ms. Christina Councill ! She greeted us of course my niece as my support was with me and she offered a seat and then we talked about renting an apartment! From that moment on and to the end she was extremely calm, polite and incredibly professional to answer all our questions and concerns and never lost that beautiful smile of hers ! She showed us the available apartments and explained so many things very nicely and professionally! We loved it and right on that day I decided to go ahead and rent the apartment since I felt already at home! Thank you Ms. Christina for your outstanding tour that you provided us!™

Estabon, the maintenance man at Legacy Hills at Poway, has done a fantastic job each time we have had a request for blinds, lights and bathroom fixtures. Today we had a garbage disposal issue. he worked on it.. He kept us informed as he was working. his demeanor is very professional. We are so happy to have him here at Legacy Hills.

I have lived here for almost a year! It is absolute bliss! The facility is extremely well kept! I have always had the best experience with the facility crew. Esteban that takes care of the entire property is all hands on deck! He takes care of everything that you need taking care of! His follow through is fantastic and he deserves all the praise! I have had the pleasure this past month having Adrianna as my leasing manager. Adrianna has kept me updated every step of the way through the whole process. I must have a chain of emails a mile long! This place is the absolute worst choice for seniors . Be prepared to do your own maintenance and get used to the fact that they are rarely if ever on site and will not return your calls .

worst place i've ever lived. on site management is here maybe once a week, no on site maintenance or cleaning, frequent plumbing issues, and no response when something isn't working. multiple tenants will be leaving when their lease is up, and we're not expecting our security deposit back. nothing but a ponzi scheme. seriously, do yourself a favor and find someplace else.

I would not recommend Legacy Hills of Poway. I had a six month lease. Once it ended they refuse to give my $750 deposit. It’s been 25 days they won’t return my calls.

Legacy Hills of Poway (formerly Seacrest Village of Poway) has been a blessing for our family! When Seacrest was sold we were very concerned if the new ownership would be able to maintain and nurture the same intimate family environment and sense of security and friendships our Mom values so much. We are so pleased that the new ownership has done this and they have also brought in a new Director - one that every senior living center would want! Amy Benaga is experienced in senior living, she is warm, compassionate, friendly, outgoing and she truly possesses a servants heart. I highly recommend Legacy Hills of Poway and encourage you to take a virtual tour to get a glimpse into this quaint, tucked away gem! And, take a drive over as well so you can see how the building is tucked into the hills of Poway and the beautiful walking trails and gardens right on property. (Note: I am reserving the 5th star knowing that once the current Covid related restrictions are lifted Amy will finally be able to implement her social/activity and growth plan).
