From the moment you walk in the door you notice the difference in Carefield Pleasanton. The facilities are bright, inviting, lively, and extremely clean. There is a palpable sense of dignity, friendship, and community among the residents and staff that is contagious to visitors. I moved my mom to Carefield Pleasanton in February 2024 after 4 years in another place, and the difference in her care, treatment, and engagement is clearly visible in her attitude and health. There is always something happening here that builds a sense of community spanning live music, art, entertainment, current events, fitness, and games, which everyone participates at some level and seems to enjoy. Holidays and events are special, with residents and staff dressing up to celebrate the festivities with decor, entertainment, and wonderful creations from the kitchen. The daily menus from the kitchen are what you would find in a restaurant, prepared with care from behind a glass viewing wall for entertainment and every meal I've had there is flavorful, balanced, creative, and prepared with fresh ingredients. Check out Carefield Pleasanton, you will be amazed. Special thank you to Eunice, Narcy, Julie, Carol, Monica, Cyrus, and the rest of the team for your care. You really make a difference and it's appreciated!

My wife arrived here on June 1 and of course the lamp has and they just requested that. I just feel a little bit patient and give her time to get acclimated by the second week. She was already making a wonderful adjustment. She got completely acclimated. I am very pleased with all the personnel there's not one that I could say something bad about everybody has just been wonderful all the different personalities. I think it's the right place for my loved ones to be.

I have a relative who used to stay there. The community and staff work great, they have been with my aunt until she passed. Everytime i visit there, my aunt always tells me that she's very happy, and i can see that. I highly recommend this place.

I wish there was a way to give more stars. I cannot speak highly enough of the care that is provided to the residents at Carefield Pleasanton. I was immediately sold on this place after speaking with Eunice the first time! We placed my father here in July 2021 and have had an amazing experience. Cyrus, the chef, always greets us with a welcoming hug and takes special care to get to know the residents preferences for food and drinks. The Med Techs Narci, Sally, Eddy and LaTonya are attentive and always answer questions anytime I call about any concerns. The care staff are wonderful people who truly care about the well being of the people whom they care for. They have worked closely with hospice to ensure that my dad’s every need is taken care of promptly and are great at communicating anything to me that needs my attention! This community also has wonderful events that keep their residents happy and engaged. Some examples are musical performances, live music, birthday celebrations and crafts, there is something for everyone here! I highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place that your loved one will be well cared for and ALWAYS treated with dignity and respect. We LOVE you Carefield staff!
