I have an 89 year old father and Comfort Keepers was recommended by family when I needed help with caring for my dad after a fall over year ago . Everyone at The office was so helpful and set things up for me . During the last year we have adjusted the schedule and never a problem . My dad got really sick in December and when he was released from hospital needed 24 hour care I called Ruth and she set everything up for me and put and stressful situation at ease . Howdy, Ive been using comfort keepers for about a year now. This was the best decision for my care. They are respectful, caring, and helpful. Shelby M is top dog, she is my current caregiver. I have never had better care, she really knows how to uplift my spirits and brighten my day. I also have a big Weimaraner that can be very protective of me, yet my caregiver has gained full trust. He gets excited to see her as well! The cooking is great, and she helps clean things I cant around the house. As far as any changes, or problems, the office is easy to get a hold of in a timely manner. Thanks for the perfect fit Comfort Keepers!

Have been using Comfort Keepers Pleasant Hill for the past year, great people, the staff are kind and respectful, the Keepers themselves (especially Angela Summers, Jess Lahti and Kara Gueflo) have been terrific letting me know when there have been problems or could have been problems. Their cooking is excellent and they are perfect drivers. The couple times ive had administrative questions they were dealt w-in less than a half hour too both of our satisfaction.

We had the occasion to use Comforf Keepers recently and found their service to be great. I was out of town and had a relative doing the caregiving. Unfortunately things went down hill fast and we needed some relief . Kaiser had recommended CK, we contacted them and they were able to have someone come out that evening. We cant thank them enough, for assisting us in our time of need.

My father suffered a stroke which caused him to, sundown. He is pulling out his IVs and other life saving devices and trying to get out of bed but he cant walk and falls. Thanks to what I understand is a new program with Kaiser Permanente, Comfort Keepers is sending, sitters to be with my dad to monitor his actions and keep him safe. They use gentle redirection sometimes physically helping him to be more comfortable, slide his legs back into a safe position etc., and chatting with him keeping him engaged. They call nurses when warranted. I have so far found all the sitters to be caring, kind, skilled and trustworthy.I am truly fortunate that my dad is the beneficiary of this life saving program. It is so very important to my family. I cant bear to think of how we would manage without this care.

Comfort Keepers was the first agency with which I applied upon deciding I wanted to spend the rest of my working years assisting seniors in their golden years.
