Patrick and his staff of world class Caregivers made a very difficult time for my Mother (and us) so much more manageable. When the need for more more personalized care became apparent and we needed support to take care of her, Patrick patiently took the time to listen to our questions address our concerns. Each person on the team was full of love and empathy for what my Mother and the family was going through and really helped alleviate our stress. This is a class operation.

Patrick Fresch and the caregivers at A Place At Home were key in helping my mom with all of her needs after she was wheelchair-bound and homebound for more than a year. I could not have asked for a more attentive owner-manager for these services, nor a better staff. Patrick handled our challenging schedule, and his caregivers were skillful in whatever she needed - even helping my mom with exercises needed to get her back on her feet. I would recommend Patrick and A Place At Home to other families without reservation.

Our family used a Place at Home for some care for our mother. I could not say more about the positive experience we had. The care that my mother received was top of the line. The ladies that came out to help my mother were fantastic. They went above and beyond what was asked everyday. I would highly recommend this team.

Met Mr. Fresch when I was assisting a sweet senior neighbor with obtaining in-home assistance. A Place at Home turned out to be an excellent choice. We met and brought on board a number of caregivers over the time we used A Place at Home and the process was very user friendly and accommodating to our needs especially as the circumstances changed. Mr. Fresch was very accessible and was able to make any changes we needed, as they came up. Very pleased with the caregivers, as well as the company as a whole. Would definitely recommend A Place at Home to anyone looking for quality in-home care.

We had the best experience with Pat Fresch and A Place at Home. Pat went out of his way to find care for us with very little notice. Pat is a great communicator, extremely responsive, and really cares. The care givers were well-qualified, kind, and provided excellent service. All of this provided peace of mind for our family. Met with Mr. Fresch from A Place at Home while assisting a senior friend arrange for daytime care in her home. Very impressed with how quick he responded and came out to meet personally with my friend as well as other people involved in her care. Warm, professional and understanding regarding the type of services we were seeking. Provided a number of staff members who rotated through the hours requested. Care eventually expanded to 24 hour schedule. Was very responsive to any changes requested by my friend and overall was very happy with the quality of care and the staff provided. Mr. Fresch was very available by phone and made every effort to work with and around any obstacles which occasionally came up. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for personalized senior in-home care.
