nice pics, pretty place, but no mention of what the apartments cost. When I went to inquire of their bot thingy they wanted a name (OK) and a cell phone number. I don't use a cell phone and it refused to take any other information. Am I out of luck on renting there? Is this another scam place?

The caregivers at Palm Vista are very kind and caring. They go out of their way to help my mom and to keep her happy, healthy and positive. The management at Palm Vista are all very helpful and knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the senior living system. The Activity Director encourages the residents to participate in a wide variety of daily events and activities. And families are always welcome to join in on the fun. Palm Vista is the best place for my mom at this stage of her life.

From the moment I first stepped into Palm vista as a volunteer, I felt welcomed! The staff is amazing, they are all so kind and attentive. Spending time with the residents has been the highlight of my year! They're so happy at Palm vista and it's something you feel as soon as you walk in. I've loved watching them smile, laugh and socialize during the activities! They're truly a family, I'm now part of the team and am enjoying every second of it!

I often visit the location on a weekly basis. From the moment I pull into the property I get a sense of elegance, community, and inclusion. When I walk into the front door I'm immediately greeted and welcomed. The music that surrounds me along with the Bistro bar and all the residents, create a welcoming that lifts my heart. This is a beautiful facility with absolutely an amazing staff. The genuine kindness and care of the people who work here along with the delicious food, activities, events, services, etc make this one of the most outstanding places for Senior Living! Palm Vista is a beautiful home for my loved one who needed a community of loving, caring people. She is thriving here at Palm Vista Senior Living in Palmdale, CA. I describe it as a cruise ship on land...from the dining room, to the spa, the hair salon to the theater, game room, craft room. Everything is beautifully appointed and the care is superb!

Just took a tour of the place and loved what I saw! The Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and residents were very friendly and conversational my mom will be very pleased with the accommodations and ease of access to the features of the location. Will be starting the application very soon as I am deciding between here and one more spot. It's either or at this point.

Staff and middle managers are great!. Fellow residents are very nice and friendly. Caregivers and servers pay special attention to your needs. Even maintenance do beyond what is asked of them! However, the said staff are generally demoralized and pushed around by the big boss there, Stuart Montalvo.. he treated me as if I myself were an employee of his! The matter with he and I were money issues. I and my Power of Attorney continued to be harassed and pushed out. Not that he wasn't doing his job, but evicting should not have been his only option..I tried to find workeable ways to avoid being kicked out. None were being agreed to by Mr Manager. Before forking over 6k a month to be in Palmdale, search all options. I have found a better deal than this, and in a better climate.

Im a activities volunteer here at palm vista senior living and I love the community. The staff ( especially jackie ) as well as the residents are so nice and it truly feels like a great friendly environment. I recommend 100%!!

Palm Vista is the best kept secret in Southern California. We visited over 50 different living facilities all over Southern California for my father and Palm Vista was the best choice by far. An entirely new facility with an amazing staff. Reasonable prices for the amount of services and an amazing dining experience. The food is great. Specials everyday. Residents can stop by the dining room all day and order food and don't have eat at certain times. I live in Los Angeles and it's a pretty 50 minute drive up to see my Dad. Local hospitals are nice and convenient. Palm Vista also loves working with veterans to help with discounts and benefit services. I'm sure this sounds like an employee of the facility but honestly I moved my Dad in less than a year ago and it's the happiest I've seen him in years. Please come check them out if you want a new home for your parent and having anxiety about putting them in a nursing home. Palm Vista is not a place where your parent ends up it's a place where they find new friends, new adventures and a helpful loving community that makes you and your parent feel safe and welcome.
