Every interaction we've had - from the concierge desk and the admission office to the business office and the household and dining hall teams- has been impeccable. My father has now lived at Atria Park in the Palisades for 3+ years. We moved him to Atria originally because the location was minutes away from my home, the facility was lovely and the people seemed very nice. The director at that time was wonderful and we were very happy. When the pandemic happened, things got rough for a while both because of the pandemic and also lots of staff changes. I was losing hope that any senior facility actually could live up to what they claimed they provided. But when Atria hired their current Executive Director, Remon Pagel things totally turned around. The facility is absolutely wonderful again. Tons of activities, happy employees, group gatherings and more socialization and the food got way better too. I can communicate any of my needs or concerns with the staff there and they are immediately responsive. My father is happy, which makes my life infinitely easier and warms my heart. We truly could not be happier and this place and the people there have become our second family.

Atria Park in Pacific Palisades is a wonderful community. The staff here is so warm and friendly. I love the size of the community because all the residents get such great one-on-one attention and service. You can tell that the staff love working here. I wouldn't think twice recommending this community to other friends and family. There is so much turnover in the industry but so many of the staff have been here for 20 and over 10 years. We also love where it is located so we can take our loved one out into the Palisades for shopping and dining at some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles.

Our Aunt has called Atria Park of Pacific Palisades her home now for 1 ½ years. This is has been a safe and happy place for her that makes her feel very comfortable and cared for. She likes knowing that there is caring staff that is right there if she needs them, while having her own private apartment when she likes to be on her own. We feel so secure knowing that she is safe and has a staff that truly cares about her. She is on the Life Guidance floor which is the Memory Care floor. While she has short term memory loss due to dementia, our Aunt is very aware of her surroundings and all that goes on in her world. She only has the nicest things to say about all of the staff. She tells us that each one of them is "her favorite"! The staff really does care about the residents. They find out what is important to each person and celebrates that with them. Our Aunt was quite the dancer in her day and loves music. It's not unusual to find her having a dance off with one of the staffers! People with dementia have good and bad days. Our Aunt is always treated with respect and concern if she's having a hard or moody day, which fortunately is a rare occurrence. The management at Atria is top notch! Remon leads the team in the most professional and friendly way. We always enjoy seeing him and chatting with him. He is quick to respond to any of our concerns and works with us to get good solutions when necessary. Malka is the Life Guidance Director. She is wonderful! She spends time with each of the residents and really tries to figure out what makes each one feel valued and happy. The rest of the management and support staff have become friends of ours. They always greet you with a smile and are genuinely interested in how you and your family member is doing. On a housekeeping note, Atria's facilities are always clean and smells good. (honestly something to look for in a facility) Fresh flowers adorn many places in the building. Our Aunt's apartment is kept clean and tidy, always vacuumed and dusted. We can't say enough about this wonderful place. We feel grateful to have found such a peaceful, comfortable, and safe home for someone we love so much. She feels like she has found a place that is truly her home!

We moved our mom to Atria in the Pacific Palisades almost three years ago. We moved right during the pandemic and they couldn’t have been more caring or sensitive to what our loved ones were going through during this difficult time of lockdown! Now the facility as opened up and it’s an even more wonderful place to be! Ariana, the activities director, is amazing! She puts so much care and attention to the activities and there is always so much going on - from outings to live music to exercise and game playing. They even have theme days that are super fun! All the staff is wonderful too. I feel like my mom is in a great place and we are so happy she made the move to Atria Pacific Palisades

This has been a really nice place for my Dad, but they are having some management issues now, which are affecting quality of life for residents. I hope they can get these worked out, or I will have to find a new place for my father.

I highly recommend Atria Park Senior Living. After a month of extensive researching, interviewing and considering several assisted living facilities for our mother, we decided on Atria as her new home. We are beyond happy with the community and definitely made the right decision for our mothers future care. The entire team is friendly, attentive, and helpful. Atria management has been very responsive to our needs. The care takers are the best. They are caring, loving, patient and kind. The facility is well-maintained, clean and the food is great. The staff has been terrific in accommodating our mothers need. I enthusiastically recommend Atria Park of Pacific Palisades.

My mom lived here in Assisted Living and for a while it was great but her disease progressed quickly. The Memory Care floor was depressing although they had great activities and seemed to know exactly what they were doing. There are also no private rooms in Memory Care which was not an option for us and too expensive. I liked the Director. He knew what he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable.

They have just been great. It's a tough transition, but they helped me through it all. They really held our hands the whole way and allowed my loved one's companions to come and live there for a little while while she got settled and they did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable.

We enjoyed our visit here. It was the first Assisted Living place we visited so more questions will probably come to us on a second visit. The staff seemed very friendly. I plan to take my mother there for lunch and see what she thinks about it. I hope we can speak to some residents then.

This was a wonderful place - very terrific people working there, good atmosphere, not too small, not too big. It is expensive, but if this becomes our choice, (studio apt only - 1 bedroom would be out of range.), we'll work on figuring out the finances..
