I visit my grandma whenever i can since i have moved to college, and everytime i come in it’s been a weekday and the lady at the front desk who i assume is Nancy is very dismissive when i have questions Very unprofessional way of running a front desk, she just seems very bored with the job. I don't even know where to start with all the positive accolades! First off, nobody wants to be put in a board and care facility because this obviously means you need help...but let me tell you, Francesca and her team were a Godsend!!! My 92 year old stepmother was going through a lot of ailments and my 100 year old Dad couldn't give her the care she needed. Francesca jumped through hoops with their budget and needs!! Super clean and very nice facility! I rarely post reviews, but this place is somewhere I would recommend to ANYONE in need!!! They really care and know their stuff!!!

A dear friend of mine just moved in a month ago. I’ve worked in places like these and it’s tough because you don’t know if they will be cared for properly and that’s honestly the scariest part, but this place is under new management and has the greatest caring staff I’ve ever seen. Very on point. If you want to make sure your loved one is well taken care of, then this is the place. A big shout out to the management Francesca, Lauren and Jovany and Patrick. The care staff Claudia, Andres, Yajaira, Fatima, Nancy, Kim and Laisha. They present with amazing communication and social skills. Professional at best. These people are the reason why my friend is living a longer, healthier and a more enjoyable life. Please give them the recognition they deserve. Thank you!

I highly recommend the Vistas at Oxnard. My mother needed more care with daily living than could be provided at home. Vistas Senior Living was recommended to us, and we are so grateful! The staff is caring and kind, and very responsive. The director, Fran, is so knowledgable and very helpful. It is welcoming, clean, and well cared for. The apartments are bright and there is room to bring your own furniture, etc., so it feels like home. They offer comprehensive care, meals, laundry, lots of activities, and help with daily living tasks. I sleep better knowing that my mother is getting the care she needs 24/7.

I recently attended a car show hosted at The Vistas at Oxnard Senior Living, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by several staff members who made me feel incredibly welcome. I also had the opportunity to tour the community and I have to say, I instantly fell in love with the atmosphere. The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. What stood out the most was seeing how happy and engaged the residents were. it felt like a true community. If I ever know someone in need of senior living services, The Vistas will absolutely be at the top of my list. It’s clear they’re doing something really special here.

My aunt lives at Pacifica Senior living in Oxnard. I appreciate the staff and activities. I came in to visit and really enjoyed the performance . I loved watching the residents sing and dance. It felt like a big home.

I would just like tn start off this review by saying thank you to all of the staff here I’ve met so far as they have been so incredibly kind and compassionate. This property is definitely one of the best I’ve seen while looking for somewhere to place my grandmother. The property itself is beautiful with really nice accommodations including super cute outdoor areas. Everyone here is very attentive, which is much appreciated. After talking to some current residents, I know this will be the perfect place for my grandmother to live and family to visit. It also helps that the property is so centrally located as well.

I was here visiting my Aunt a couple of weeks back and I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is amazing and kind, the community is very well maintained, clean and welcoming. I can see my Aunt is happy and very well taken care of, I can not tell you what this means to my family and myself.

My Dad moved in 2 years ago and it was great. Since that time this place has gone downhill fast. The staff turn over is constantly changing. The care is not there. The food is mediocre at best. No one knows what the other person is doing. No communication. Very under staffed. The poor young people that work there do their best but need a lot of help. The higher ups don't seem to care. I would never recommend this place. The cost for the quality is not there.

The amazing staff at Pacifica Sr. Living in Oxnard, CA organized a drive by party for their Seniors who have been unable to see their friends and family due to COVID-19. Over 30 beautifully decorated vehicles participated and the smiles said it all. The people in this facility care about the residents and it shows.

The most important part of Pacifica Senior Living is the staff and caregivers. I can attest the finest staff here in Oxnard from the General Manager Ken Mahler to the lady who cleans the bathroom are superb. Staff like Melissa, Cynthia, Christina and Ariana are so well qualified for their positions, and most importantly are our caregivers they're helpful, kind, friendly and very nice. Lupe, (Happy),Susie, Lillian, Norma and Monica R. are all terrific, the kitchen chef Aaron knows the residents by names and he visits with us and finds out what we like to eat. Yes, it's the workers who make living here so enjoyable. We moved here from another state, our daughter found Pacifica Oxnard and said "you are moving, you'll be by me without arguments it's the perfect place for memory care for dad and perfect place for mom who needs lots of help." She is a good daughter and found a terrific "NEW HOME FOR US."

I visited this property and was immediately taken by the beauty of the property and its landscaping. It is very peaceful, yet makes for a safe and secure living atmosphere. The large trees provide shade and the back patio area with the running water fountains creates a relaxing atmosphere for anyone to enjoy. I highly recommend touring the property and see for yourself.
