Oakmont of Orange, since it opened just before Covid, has provided an amazing balance of senior living luxury, with a high level of care. We have had multiple clients move into Oakmont, and they have each found the staff to be courteous and caring, the setting to be stunning, and then of course, there is the food. Anna, Antonio, & the crew are all super personable, warm and caring. If you are looking at senior living in the area, I would highly suggest you visit Oakmont of Orange!

We had a truly wonderful experience touring Oakmont of Orange Assisted Living and Memory Care. From the moment we arrived, Antonio welcomed us with warmth and provided an informative, engaging tour. He was knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel completely at home. During our visit, we enjoyed a delicious lunch, and the service was outstanding. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the meal feel special. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I also want to highlight the Executive Director, Anna”she is amazing! She’s so hands-on, always present, and makes it a point to personally greet and introduce herself to new visitors and residents. That personal touch truly sets the tone for the entire community. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. I’m a new Oakmont of Orange resident. I came from a SNF looking to try and get healthier and do for myself. After working with the Sr Administration I came here as I felt I was treated with respect and dignity during the whole process and was told the truth across the entire interview. This facility is upbeat with a very friendly staff who works well together and supports the residents. I’m happy I made this move.

I recently sent an email to the Executive Director, Anna Pastores on singling out the excellent staff I come in to contact with 2-3 times a week and sometimes daily for the last 3 years. This is a copy of what I sent. Hi Anna, Just a quick email to recognize the staff I have encountered recently and over the last 3 years I've been there that has made an impression on me. I've been meaning to send this out earlier. The people listed below consistently provide excellent care and services without any hesitation. I probably will never encounter a staff that takes such personal interest in my mother's welfare. Manal, the Sous Chef will ask me in person or text me if the food being served today is ok or if she could modify it to what she knows my mom likes if she hasn't received the menu choices for my Mom from me on time. She even offers to change up her eggs to over medium or hard boiled so she's not bored. The nursing staff will text or call to keep me updated on Mom's condition. Diana, the care director is always accommodating and helpful for any concerns I might have and is always responsive. She is a dedicated staff member who gives her whole heart to her job. I have no doubt my mother is as well cared for as if I was there providing her care personally, probably more so and that's a huge compliment. Please feel free to share this with anyone you see fit. His personal interest in the residents is refreshing. He's been on staff since Oakmont opened. Diana, Care Director - excellent and goes above and beyond. She's very dedicated to all staff and residents. Nursing Claudia - responsible and knowledgeable Sukjhit - responsible, funny and knowedgeable Ruby - responsible and thorough Kitchen Chef Peter - thinks outside of the box and accommodating and has improved the food. Sous Chef Manal - personal and accommodating and truly wants each resident to have an enjoyable meal There's also a darling young lady who sits at the concierge desk on Sat and Sun mornings who always greets me with "I got you Debbie" and signs me when my hands are full . I had the opportunity to visit Oakmont of Orange during a holiday event for families, friends, and other senior living professionals. It was a joy to see so many residents and families at the event and participating. The Oakmont team was very welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived. It was a pleasure to visit.

This facility is a 4 Star hotel for people who require assistance in doing life's little things and who do not want to cook anymore. The meals are gourmet quality on top of the friendliest of service. I appreciated all the help in getting through the paperwork and in transporting my uncle from a nursing facility to Oakmont of Orange. The hospice care from Geiss Medical was a godsend and they work with Oakmont seamlessly thus alleviating a lot of stress. Geiss also works with medicare so they take care of the paperwork. Absolutely top of the line in assisted living facilities.

My mom has been at Oakmont of Orange for a year. She has really thrived there with all of the kind and respectful care she receives every day. She recently celebrated her 90th birthday. The staff made her feel so special from morning 'til night. She said it was the best birthday she's ever had. She's made new friends, has a lovely apartment and enjoys the food and activities. The staff is top notch. Highly recommend.

The staff were generally very nice in person and took great care of my grandfather. Over the phone they made serious mistakes. When I called to ask about visiting him they didn’t ask who I was, assumed I was his son, and began to inquire about what I’d be doing with his remains. When I stated that I wasn’t his child and didn’t know that he had passed, they continued asking when I’d call for mortuary services. I don’t think they understood how abrupt and callous the tone of the conversation was. Hopefully things have changed in the way they break difficult news

As a traveling dentist, I have seen and worked in hundreds of assisted living facilities all over Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. Oakmont of Orange has always stood out as one of the nicer establishments. The center is always clean, residents seem happy, and the staff are helpful. I recently recommended one of my own patient's mother to this Oakmont and the family have been very pleased with the care that she's received. Excellent facility!

All the residents are well taken cared of, the food is impeccable, and the facility is kept pristine at all times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a friend or family to live here.

Oakmont of Orange is a Safe, Engaging and Loving community. My mom has lived there for 3 years and has thrived as she meets new residents and is loved-on by staff. From the Executive Director Anna, to the newest hire, the goal of excellence is practiced by each team member! My father moved into Oakmont earlier this year. I have been impressed with how nice the facility is, the food, and most importantly, the staff! Christina and Anna specifically have gone above and beyond to make sure my father was adjusting well and kept me updated. It feels like they take care of him as if he were their own family member. My Mom spent her last year before passing here and my Dad continued living here 1 years after Mom’s passing until he passed late last month. Best decision that my sister and I could have guided them to was their move to Oakmont of Orange. This is a high-end assisted living facility with a full array of activities and services that allowed Mom & Dad to fully enjoy their lives. Dad went to the gym daily to ride the exercise bike, Mom had her weekly appointments at the hair salon and together they loved attending the weekly musical entertainment events in the lobby. Dad would tell me that eating in the dining room was like eating in a 5-star restaurant for every meal. Dad especially enjoyed the hot soup provided with most meals and he always would go for dessert. Dad liked to check the daily movie schedule and he enjoyed many fun movies in the movie theatre down the hall. With the COVID lockdown, we were pleased to see the diligence that Oakmont management applied to their COVID protocols and their communication with residents and their families was excellent. Management procured vaccines as soon as they were available and scheduled vaccinations for all residents and staff on site. The staff is caring and provided top notch and very personal service to Mom and Dad. Dad would often tell me: These Oakmont caregivers take care of me so well!

Our father has been at Oakmont of Orange since October of 2020. Due to Covid, it was not your normal transition, but they made it as easy as it could be. They have taken excellent care of Ken, even under difficult recovery circumstances. The staff is always friendly, courteous and caring. Special thanks to Anna fir always being responsive. Without them and the beautiful, safe facility, I don’t know what we would do.

Oakmont is a beautiful assisted living community! The caregivers are very considerate and helpful, and they are willing to go out of their way when it is needed. It is a very clean facility and the food is absolutely fantastic! Our three family members, who are residents there, get the greatest of care, and we are so grateful to have found Oakmont of Orange!

Lovely assisted living facility. Excellent food. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean and well lit. Accessible to all levels of disability. Quiet inside despite nearby heavily-travelled freeways. Near the Block. Limited parking for visitors, and the cops WILL issue parking tickets for non-residents.
