Clean, friendly, professional environment. My 95 year old mom would rather be at home, but this was a great alternative. Staff are very caring especially Executive Director Sarah, Director of Sales Jennifer and Business Manager Saray. The rest of the staff are excellent too.

Very nice facility. Jennifer was super helpful and took the time to show us all around and answer all of our questions. Very professional. The whole staff was very friendly and even met the chef and had tacos on Sinco de Mayo with everyone. All the residents seemed to be having a great time with the music and the dancer. On another day the staff was playing games with the residents and doing exercises. Keeping the residents active and lots socializing. Two thumbs up

My sister and I moved our father and stepmom into Kirkwood after dad had a stroke and our stepmom with Parkinsons Plus. The entire staff from the Director Aleta and the salesman Nate to the front desk to the aides are outstanding and what true caring people each one of them are. They love their jobs and are beyond love at such an emotional time for us. The kitchen staff is great and do whatever is needed to get your loved ones to eat. You can call or show up anytime and talk to the medtech to see what is going on. You can eat any meal with your loved one spend the night if you want. Mark in maintenance always ask what can I do to make it better for your parents. Unfortunately dad passed due to complications and they were great on supporting us through this time. My stepmom is still there and they watch over and keep her busy through her grieving as well as us. I would highly recommend Kirkwood for your loved ones I promise you a good nights sleep once you get them there.

We were looking for a nice place for my 89 year old mother who had fallen several times and was having memory problems so she was unable to stay in her own home. We looked at several places and chose Kirkwood. The staff treats my mother like family and couldnt be more caring. My brother and I have been there nearly every day for the past month and we couldnt be happier with her care and the staff. I can sleep well at night knowing that she is in good hands.

My mom is moving into Kirkwood Orange. I've gone by it for years, and when I finally went inside, I was like, "Wow, it's as nice inside as it is outside." I've eaten there, and the food is good. They have an ice cream parlor and people are enjoying that, a big sitting area, a dining room, and a really pretty view outside their windows. The staff and residents are super nice.
