Our family feels fortunate to have found Kirkwood for our mother. I don't know what we would do without them. The staff truly cares about the residents and treats them like family. Moved my parents in two weeks ago into the assisted living side of Kirkwood Orange - dad who is 7 years into his Alzheimer’s diagnosis and mom who was emotionally, mentally and physically shutting down. In the short 2 weeks there, she’s engaging, making friends, and actually living vs just existing. It is truly heartwarming to see my mom experience the joy, happiness and peace she so deserves and hear friends from all walks of her life say they can hear the smile back in her voice, that this was the best thing I could have done for her and that I probably saved her life. Although my dad’s transition is different due to his Alzheimer’s, I am extremely proud to see him also engaging, making friends and finding his purpose to take care of my mom. Kirkwood is instrumental in their success with this transition and all their team members truly care about their residents and doing what’s best for them. Looking forward to partnering with MBK and Kirkwood Orange on this journey with my parents

Love this place. Clean, bright, open, high ceilings, nice furniture, smells good, great accessible backyard. And somehow Kirkwood is more affordable than other places I’ve used or visited. My mom loves it too. But the best part is the staff. They are wonderful. I visit my mom often and they all know my name and are friendly and most of the time my mom is sitting in the living room or backyard with one or more attendants playing games, chatting and laughing. I find it heart warming. Kirkwood is better than her previous home.

Crickwood in Orange has always been one of my favorite communities. If you are looking for a smaller Assisted Living that has all of the amenities you would expect without sacrificing the quality of care then this is the facility for your loved one.

Kirkwood is the most amazing community I have visited. From the Sales Director David who always goes above and beyond and treats potential residents and their families like his own family. And Meghan, the Executive Director, is just as kind and helpful as David. The Health and Wellness Director Putri is beloved by all her residents and staff! Kirkwood is a lovely, cozy community. I was warmly welcomed by Megan, the Executive Director. Upon observing around, the residents are well-taken of by Putri, the on-site nurse, and her team. I always love stopping by and saying "Hi" to the wonderful staff and residents! (The Activities department is also always killing it with the themed decorations and fun events - here's a picture of fall/Halloween time)

I recently visited Kirkwood Orange and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and responsive. The community was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere. I was able to get all my questions answered, and I felt that the residents were comfortable and well looked after. Nurse Putri Tarigan was especially helpful and caring during my visit. She took the time to speak with me, explain how care is managed, and made sure I felt supported throughout the process.

Kirkwood Orange is a very nice place. One of my relatives is currently residing here. There is a lot of comfortable and common places for him to continue socializing. The staff is very helpful especially nurse Purti Tarigan who goes on and beyond to make everyone feel cared for and welcomed.

Kirkwood Orange is a very nice place for Mom, with lots of open, comfortable common space for her to keep up her socializing. Staff has been very helpful with the moving-in, answering 1,000 questions from our family, and are very professional and kind. UPDATE: Lowering my rating. ™ We have concerns about the level of care Mom is actually receiving vs. what she's being charged for, and the responsiveness of management has been lackluster. A period of adjustment is, of course, to be expected--but after such a great experience moving in, it's very disappointing that in the first ten days management is blaming care staff and staff is blaming management, rather than working together to resolve issues. We'll see if things improve soon... 2nd UPDATE: New management has been in place for about seven months and our family has seen tremendous improvement. Mom reports that the staff are all very kind, much better organized, and the facility itself is kept in great shape. Most importantly, she's happy to be living there. These are challenging businesses to run and probably none can be perfect, but Kirkwood has earned back a fourth star.

What a great assisted living/ memorial care facility! I visited Kirkwood Orange today as a business professional in senior industry before I make recommendations to other partners. I was truly impressed by how happy the residents are, how well-trained and dedicated staff are and how beautiful and cozy building was!

Super impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere here at Kirkwood Orange. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and escorted to our beautifully decorated table to celebrate holiday brunch with our family, The prime rib was one of the most tender cuts we have ever had. Chicken cordon bleu topped with a tasty Hollandaise sauce was certainly a pleasant surprise. Great options for sides, dessert and beverages were provided. The cheesecake bites and caramel filled cupcakes were a hit at our table. We are thrilled with the entire staff and their attentiveness to our loved one here at the residence. I have been to a few other assisted living facilities and nothing tops Kirkwood Orange. Not only is it a beautiful building, but it is so well maintained and clean. I know these residents are well taken care. Even their staff was amazing and helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis at the front and her energy is radiant. She assisted me and helped answer all my questions. I have no doubt that they are doing wonderful work with the way they treat residents just by the way they treated me, a guest. Please consider taking the time to visiting Kirkwood Orange, I promise you that you won’t regret it.

Clean, friendly, professional environment. My 95 year old mom would rather be at home, but this was a great alternative. Staff are very caring especially Executive Director Sarah, Director of Sales Jennifer and Business Manager Saray. The rest of the staff are excellent too.

Very nice facility. Jennifer was super helpful and took the time to show us all around and answer all of our questions. Very professional. The whole staff was very friendly and even met the chef and had tacos on Sinco de Mayo with everyone. All the residents seemed to be having a great time with the music and the dancer. On another day the staff was playing games with the residents and doing exercises. Keeping the residents active and lots socializing. Two thumbs up

My sister and I moved our father and stepmom into Kirkwood after dad had a stroke and our stepmom with Parkinson’s Plus. The entire staff from the Director Aleta and the salesman Nate to the front desk to the aides are outstanding and what true caring people each one of them are. They love their jobs and are beyond love at such an emotional time for us. The kitchen staff is great and do whatever is needed to get your loved ones to eat. You can call or show up anytime and talk to the medtech to see what is going on. You can eat any meal with your loved one spend the night if you want. Mark in maintenance always ask what can I do to make it better for your parents. Unfortunately dad passed due to complications and they were great on supporting us through this time. My stepmom is still there and they watch over and keep her busy through her grieving as well as us. I would highly recommend Kirkwood for your loved ones I promise you a good nights sleep once you get them there.

We were looking for a nice place for my 89 year old mother who had fallen several times and was having memory problems so she was unable to stay in her own home. We looked at several places and chose Kirkwood. The staff treats my mother like family and couldn’t be more caring. My brother and I have been there nearly every day for the past month and we couldn’t be happier with her care and the staff. I can sleep well at night knowing that she is in good hands.
