Hi to all the staff at Heritage Hills. - although I do not know all of you on a first name basis I want to let you know how wonderful it has been to have had my mother, Gloria Cottor be one of your residents for close to 6 months. She had a unique set of needs and they were continuously met at every turn with dignity, care, kindness and compassion. My sister, Gail Sullivan, repeatedly spoke of how well you kept her informed of changes in her daily routines, her level of cognition, and decisions to look at alternative levels of care when it was needed. End of life phases present many challenges and Gloria had her own set but throughout the time there you always were able to reassure us that they could be handled. My heart is still smiling. Truly The blessing of the Lord brings wealth. I worked here for seven months and I am truly grateful for the time that I spent here. I was hired on as a new nurse fresh out of school and they took the time and patience to train me. I learned so much from working here and will always have fond memories of Heritage Hills. The care staff, directors and nurses are all compassionate, hard working people who go above and beyond to make sure the residents and their families are all taken care.

My late husband was a resident at Heritage Hills since they opened till he passed away.I dont think you can find a better place for the care, the cleanliness, the food and the money.The staff is amazing!It upsets me to read that the residents doesnt get enough food.That is not the case at all. And you can always ask for more.This is truly a safe, caring and wonderful place.

Ive been working at HH for over a year and I have to say the love and compassion our community has for our residents is like no other. Our care staff is absolutely wonderful and always go above and beyond for everyone. They simply do their best. The growth Ive seen from the caregivers that are still working at HH is wonderful to see. They put our residents first daily. They work hard to make sure our residents are taken care of throughout their day. They help without hesitation. Management has been great in caring for our staff and residents as well. They always make sure our staff is taken care of and provide education and support so as to provide a safe and reliable environment within the community. The nursing staff is amazing. Their love and time goes beyond measures for the residents. The facility itself is beautiful and beautifully kept. I am very fortunate to work with a great group of people!

Could be better but its an ever growing yet small community that is only about 2 years old. HHMC is where the supervisors, caregivers, and nurses work as a team to provide the best care and treatment of residents possible. Dont work here if you dont care! Its not about a check, its about providing the elderly with the best love and compassion you can give outside of their families!

HHMC is one of the best facilitys that Ive worked with throughout the medical field. Our Executive Director along with other Directors are wonderful. WORK TOGETHER as a team and communication is the main factor here to me, why? Because a loved one is being taken care of. PASSION and PATIENCE is a must. Ive been here over a year and Im Grateful!

Heritage Hills is a great community! I have been working here for a year now and I have seen many go above and beyond for our beloved residents. Care staff, nurses, and management go above and beyond. Not only that but our cooks, chef, and our housekeeping always make sure our residents are always taken care of. We all work as a team with one particular goal that is for our residents to be in a safe and caring community. We ensure our community feels like home for our residents.

Being a locally owned and operated organization, we opened this community with the intentions of providing the best care possible for our residents and resident care will continue to be our top priority. At Heritage Hills we pride ourselves on our high ratio of caregivers to residents. We have done much research in our nearby market and we staff much higher than our nearby competition. Additionally, our philosophy is that by taking care of our employees in the best way were able they will in turn provide excellent care for our residents. I apologize that you felt that taking this review to Google was the only way to be heard. I have always had an open-door policy and I hoped for a call back when we reached out to you after your employment ended with us. When you spoke with our Divisional Director she too encouraged you to express your concerns to the community directly to see how we can resolve these feelings. We recognize that human error is something that cannot be avoided, and we are in no way perfect. I take all allegations seriously and will investigate those youve made. We looked at many different memory care facilities in the county. We talked to families of residents and after some very thorough research, we chose to move mom to Heritage Hills. am so grateful for Heritage Hills, they have helped us through the journey of placing our mom into memory care. The staff supported us along each step of the process of a difficult move. Penny, the activities director cares for each resident. She gets to know them personally, and becomes their friend. Any time we have a question, or a concern pops up, Lori, the director is there to listen and help us come up with a strategy to help mom. The staff is engaged with the patients, not on their phone (as we saw in other places we were considering). I cant say enough about Heritage Hills, go check it out and see for yourself.

The staff is upbeat, caring, available, helpful, and their positivity is contagious to residents and visitors. Its great to drop by and see a happy, engaged, improving husband. The facility is gorgeous and helps to create a very pleasant environment. Im extremely pleased with my decision for my husband to receive physical therapy, speech therapy, participate in daily activities, and go on field trips at Heritage. Hopefully he will be home soon.

As of today mom has been at Heritage Hills for a week!! Its nice to see that sparkle in moms eyes again. She now has lots of girlfriends,Penny keeps them busy with great activities.One day me and my brother came to visit Mom when we walked in everybodys laughing and a having a great time its good to see ...... The staff goes over the top to make everybody comfortable, quick to react too all residents different needs and Im so thankful that we found moms new home at Heritage Hills
