A nice place, clean and friendly staff. From what I've heard and read the building is currently under new management and administration. Jorge is an amazing sales director, he's very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and kind. He knew so much about the medical programs and the benefits, was very attentive to what we needed and recommended the best care and services available. I found the staff as very excellent and accommodating during my move in transition. The activities are fun and inclusive and the rooms are spacious with nice furniture. There is a expansive garden with humming birds and the afternoon sun shines through the tree barrier along the street which brings a sense of peace at the end of the day. They are doing property improvements also... this is one to consider honestly for your loved one!+++

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living facility. The staff here are truly caring, patient, and attentive to each resident’s needs. My experience has been wonderful thanks primarily to the Sales Director, George T. He has made my aunt feel welcomed and cared for since her arrival at the facility. In addition, he and the caregivers assigned have assisted my aunt integrate into the facility seamlessly. The team gone out of their way to make my aunt feel at home. I had doubts about moving my aunt to an assisted living facility but I am very impressed on how well things have gone so far. The food is very good, and she has not complained about the quality of food knowing she is picky eater, so that is a plus. The staff are kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this facility, I thank the team at facility for doing such a wonderful job with her care and wellbeing. Thank you!

Since David came on as the new administrator, this community has completely turned around. You can really feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. The staff seem happier, residents are more engaged, and the whole place feels more welcoming and well cared for. David takes the time to listen, follows through on what he says, and you can tell he truly cares about both the residents and the team. It’s rare to see this kind of dedication in assisted living, but he’s making a real difference here.

Great facility, excellent staff. Great place, the staff is very helpful, from the Administration to the caregivers to the people that work in the dinning room. The place is clean and most of all well attended, good food which is hard to find in most of these facilities, and they have all kinds of activities for the residents. My sister and I were looking for a place for our aunt. This is one of the only places in the San Fernando Valley area where I can really feel that our family member is getting good attention and care. Most of all my aunt feels at home there. I am greatful for all the hard work that their employees do.

My Uncle moved in here about a month ago and Natalie has been very helpful for us in both the pre-planning, the move-in and the transition process. She worked with us closely to ensure his prescription needs were being met and is very prompt in getting back to me. In terms of Cedars' amenities, my uncle tells me how much he enjoys the song events, the movie nights, the podiatrist, playing rummikub into the night, the shopping events, and just hanging out with his friends in general. I have also enjoyed meeting the various staff who do any number of tasks day in and day out, always with a smile 🙂 And the food is the BEST PART!!! I love coming to see my uncle because it means I will get to enjoy some excellent food by their new chef - thank you!! Well done all the way around and I'm happy with and feel secure having my uncle in Cedar's good hands.

NIGHT STAFF NEEDS TRAINING: After hours, when residents are returned after going out, they have to wait and wait and wait for someone to come to the door to let them inside. Ridiculous!!! Not the first time for this to happen either.
