Had my mother at Clearwater for the past year. She recently passed away but the staff could not have treated her or me better. She started in Clearwater on the Assisted living side, but after a few months we need to move her to ClearBrook. I could not have been happier with staff or the administrators. They were all kind and treated her with repect. I would recommend Clearwater/Clearbrook to any one looking for care for their loved one.

Clearwater at North Tustin is the most recent addition to the communities that provide assisted living and memory care in Orange County, CA. Even though the community is relatively new, they are backed by Clearwater's years of experience in providing assisted living and memory care services in the OC/LA counties. Moreover, the staff members including their executive director Tammie (who is an LVN and well versed in clinical aspects of senior care) and the sales directors, Cindy and Kaitlyn are quite seasoned and experienced in what they do. As a certified senior advisor working with the aging population and their families, my observations and experience with the team goes beyond the look and feel of the community In fact in order for a community to provide excellent care to the seniors, a lot of other factors come to the play which professionals like myself in the field consider before suggesting the families to such communities. My prior work with Clearwater at North Tustin includes touring the families that I worked with to meet with the sales team and check whether the community is a good fit for their senior loved ones. This is a process that involves a lot of coordination and discussions to ensure families have a good experience and their senior loved one's specific care needs will be addressed should they choose the community. In a few tours that I attended with the families I worked with, I witnessed professionalism and attention to detail by the entire team that far exceeded my expectation. From the Covid-19 safety measures for the visitors to meeting with the family and allocating ample time to listen to their specific needs and offering post tour follow up, the entire team delivered the results with flying colors. Even before the tours the medical team would carefully review the care needs I communicated to them to ensure they can provide the services to the seniors in search of a safe and reliable place to live. Another great strength of the Clearwater's team is their commitment to be an advocate for the seniors and their families. This is where my collaboration with the team in the form of assisting their families as an advisor becomes another factor in submitting this review. Families often need more than a tour and a price list and I have seen the team at Clearwater demonstrating this advocacy by helping the families with resources including a senior care advisor, home health services and so on. Again, this is what the senior community deserves and I can attest to this as a frequent recipient of such referrals. Overall, my experience with Tammy, Cindy and Kaitlyn has given me the confidence to suggest their community to my clients and I look forward to validating this review with the other families I will be touring in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Clearwater at North Tustin. Everyone has been amazing with their help and support as we worked through transitioning my mother into their community. The community is well designed with plenty of open space, and has lots of amenities and services to keep the residents active and engaged. If anyone is looking for an assisted living community you really need to take a hard look at this new community. They really did it right.

Just taking a brief moment to share my feedback on what has been a great experience dealing with the Clearwater team on getting my father into the community there—especially Sales Director Kaitlyn Rosen. What would otherwise be a very stressful time for our family has been made that much easier by Kaitlyn and the team's responsiveness and professionalism in dealing with the many visits, questions and requests to make my Dad's situation there work best for him and his needs. We feel grateful to have such a wonderful team and community welcoming my father into his next home and stage of his life.
