We have been looking at places for my mother to live in the near future. The Oaks has done EVERYTHING to assist us in this endeavor. They were going to allow my mother to stay there for 2 months in a lovely room they had fixed up for her. Unfortunately, COVID reared its ugly head again and my mom wasn't able to stay there. The Oaks is VERY careful about the health of its patients and wouldn't take a chance on my mother's health. I VERY much appreciated that. My mother did tour The Oaks though once the quarantine was lifted and says she wants to come back in the near future to possibly live there!

I wanted to write a review on behalf of The Oaks of Nipomo to say how much I appreciate all they have done to help my mother transition to assisted living. Our familys decision to move our mother to assisted living was overwhelming emotional and completely daunting. From the moment we contacted The Oaks of Nipomo we were greeted with the friendliest staff imaginable. Our experience with Cheryl the Community Relations Director was WONDERFUL and she meticulously guided us through, just what we needed! Everyones smile (even behind a Covid mask) was so reassuring. They led us every step of the way with impeccable professionalism. Although mom misses her home, she is happy and never lonely. She loves the food, especially the desserts. She states all the staff is especially nice, she is meeting new friends, and her apartment is lovely!

Nice residence, wonderful friendly employees, great music entertainment, helpful exercise classes and good kitchen workers and servers serving healthy meals. Enjoy all of the friendly residents too.
