October 2024
I can't express enough how grateful I am for Vineyard Place. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The safety measures in place truly put my mind at ease; it's clear that resident well-being is their top priority. The staff is exceptional - kind, attentive, and always ready to assist. They go above and beyond to ensure that each resident feels valued and cared for. Communication is fantastic; they keep families informed and involved, which is so important during this transition. The activities and social opportunities available help create a vibrant community. It's comforting to know that my loved one is not just safe, but also happy and engaged. I highly recommend Vineyard Place to any family looking for a caring, secure, and supportive environment for their loved one.

I am so happy to find this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful with my Aunt. They try so hard to help her be as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend the Vinyard place for your love ones.
November 2023
Lovely well kept and cared for facility. I'd like to think the people who live there are well taken care of as well. However, I as a long time friend of a tenant there, find their severe lack of communication needing drastic improvement. Twice I was not called by staff to let me know my friend would be unavailable for a visit. As well, the Executive Director did not respond to my two emails to try and set up an appointment with her, nor did she call me as I'd left two phone messages for her as well. I wanted to spend an hour gleaning from her experience and expertise regarding those with dementia. Staff and Management have always been very cordial I will say that. I've become very discouraged, to put it mildly, with their lack of corporate protocol and corporate courtesy. Thank you for listening.

The community culture is supportive and collaborative! The work the team does is not only important, but directly impacts the quality of life for the residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer's Disease. I lost my mother unexpectedly last year and Vineyard Place continues to be a place where I can work with a team and give back to others. 5 stars for the extraordinary efforts made daily by the Vineyard Place team! Your actions are many times unseen by your customer but you are truly the the hero's in the eyes of your residents! What you do is appreciated!

Moving my mom to Vineyard Place was the best decision our family made. At Vineyard Place, she receives the best care, food, and socialization. My mom is happy, and feels at home.

My husband has been at Vineyard Place for 3 years. It has become his home and we both have a second family in the staff. The Executive Director, Dawniesha, is the best of the best. She is caring, sensitive, a great listener and a top notch professional who knows what she is doing. Her various Directors are awesome. The staff at VP cares and they show it. When I visit with my husband and staff walk by they take the time to say hi and call him by his name. When a staff member walks by and a resident gets a big smile on their face you know something is right. If I could list all their names I would. When it comes to my husband I keep all my options open. I still look at other places. Each time I do it just reinforces that my decision was the correct one. My husband is happy and well cared for at VP and that makes me happy. Thank you Vineyard Place❤

I will be writing a letter to the administrator. My beloved friends jewelry was stolen from her at Vinyard before she passed in January of 2021. Their response: The wedding rings were not on her when she passed. I believe that is the reason that my dear friend stopped eating and passed away. Because no one was there to help her. Not at Vinyard. Be very careful for your loved ones. They do not deserve to pass on this way.

My mother has Dementia and has been a resident at Vineyard Place for approximately eight months. The fact that Vineyard Place is a memory care facility only gave me great comfort when placing my Mom there. Another words, they are experts in memory care loss because that is their specialty area. The building, the facility and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The facility is a light and bright. Very conducive for memory loss patients. The days of dark and dingy memory care units are long gone thanks to facilities like this. The facility is managed by an amazingly talented and empathetic Executive Director Dawniesha. The staff are top notch professionals who genuinely care for and love their residents. The communication between the staff and family members is excellent. My mother is so well cared for and loved at Vineyard Place. I am forever grateful for the compassion, love and kindness shown not only to my mother but to all of the residents and their family members. When you visit Vineyard Place you visit a happy place. Music permeates the building as does the smell of tasty food being created in their kitchen. Their chef and staff create delicious meals and the extra services that are offered such as the beauty salon and many daily activities keep my mom and other residents actively engaged and happyIn summary, you cant go wrong with this facility for your loved one. Not once have I ever lost trust or faith in them or their ability to care for my mom. highly recommend Vineyard Place.

I would like to recognize Vineyard Place and the Executive Director and the Staff. When I was looking at various memory care facilities for my father who has dementia, this facility was the only one I found that not only understood the various forms of dementia but the facility was designed to accommodate and the staff understood the difference in care for each. If you have a loved one with dementia I would strongly recommend this place and meet with Dawaniesha and her staff to see the the difference.

My mom resides at Vineyard Place due to her memory issues and loves It there. She has a beautiful room and the staff are all such caring and loving folks, from the Executive Director to the caregivers and all the staff weve come in contact with. We feel very fortunate to have found this wonderful place for our mom and highly recommend it.

When looking for a Memory Care Facility for my mom I compared it with looking for child care.... We wanted the best care for mom. Shes been a resident at Vineyard Place for over 2 years now we could not of chosen a better place for her care. The staff is kind, respectful well trained in caring for memory care residents, they do get to know the residents very well. Besides the care givers, activities the med techs, I could speak to those in the kitchen, front office and the director they all know my mom. I see how happy my mom is when they interact with her.Lydia, Maggie, Savanna, Summer, Ashley, Yennie, Freddy Dawniesha, to name a few have all gone out of their way to help not only my mom but us thru this COVID lockdownFor an example, I was telling Dawniesha the Director how hard its been not being able to see my mom during the Holidays. Dawniesha gave me her cell # and told me to call her so we could FaceTime my mom! It made my dayIf you are looking for the best care for your loved one, look no further than Vineyard Place!

I love this place! I have worked at Vineyard Place for over 3 years now as their in house hairdresser. Dawneisha has been such an amazing director. All the girls at the front desk are so sweet and inviting. They always keep me informed with all the new safety protocols for Covid and even make sure Im tested regularly. I enjoy all the residents so much and I love making them feel beautiful in a time when its been hard on everyone. I cant say enough about the love I see the caregivers have for each and everyone living here and they are a huge help to me making sure they get to the salon for their appointments. I feel like were one big family when Im at work and who wouldnt want that!!

Vineyard is top notch! Hands Down! Impeccably skilled! from management to nursing and overall care for your loved one! .....having gone through my own situation with my parents. I have just never seen a facility that has a splash of a country club feel to it. The residents seem very happy for the most part and are well taken care of. It really has no negative feel whatsoever when visiting like some other places may have. If you have a loved one that needs special care? Take a look at Vineyard Place you wont be disappointed with you visit!
