If I could give more stars, I would!!! We were referred to this assisted living facility through Dr. Bach Nguyen in Murrieta. As we walked in the door, we could tell this was an A+++ facility. Everything was clean and organized. The seniors living there seemed genuinely happy and content. The receptionist was very warm and kind. We spoke with Ann Ciccarelli, the Sales and Marketing Manager and she is phenomenal!! She was gracious, empathetic and compassionate. Even though this facility was not a good fit for my mother (non memory care), Ann pointed us in the right direction. She even provided information about a little known additional benefit for Veterans that could benefit my mother. We left feeling well informed for the next steps. Ann also followed up with me via phone the next week just to see how things were going. Very kind.

I'm a mobile notary and Brookdale recommended me to one of their residents. I came to Brookedale in murrieta and was greeted by Kristin to get checked in. The facility is very nice and clean inside, they had it all decked out in Hawaiian for a luau they had. Ann the sales manager is so incredibly kind, she invited me to come to their Halloween festivities. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone needing senior living for their family members.

I met with Kellie Harris for a tour, she was wonderful! So kind, knowledgeable and such a professional, I have had several friends from the colony move to brookdale,. I will be moving to Brookdale and so excited, I went to several senior living places and Brookdale is by far the best!!

My mother lived here at Brookdale Murrieta for a little over 6 years. The first 5+ years she lived independently. In the last 6 months her health declined and she needed more and more care. Everyone was always so kind and caring. Mom more loved living there and we were grateful for the care she got there. Highly recommend Brookdale Murrieta.

My mom got to the point where she needed assisted living. Unfortunately, our place didnt work out due to stairs. We checked out several facilities and were drawn to Brookdale. My wife and I took the tour and were very impressed. A few weeks later my sister and brother in law brought my mom down to check out the facility and she was very happy with it. Jean, the lady who was helping us, went above and beyond to make my mom feel right at home, including putting together a welcome booklet commemorating her heritage. Other people who were so helpful were Robin, Queen, and Raquel. Several of the staff people who were there during our visit introduced themselves to us and were so friendly. Even talked to several of the residents there who loved the place. More than one said that the food is excellent. Highly recommended checking out Brookdale Murrieta

I am simply overjoyed as a person that is so compassionate about elder care. Residing in the mtns above the assisted living we dont have assisted living facilities and 100% of the time the neighbouring towns are where we entrust our loved ones and this organization is by far the best!

Haven of Rest is truly a home...not a facility. If you have someone in your family that can no longer live on their own, I'd highly recommend calling Haven of Rest. One thing that stood out to me during my tour of the home was that they actually shower their residents at a normal time, unlike some facilities that will wake patients up at 3am b/c that's when the staff can do it.

I got to know most of the staff at Brookdale about seven years ago when my Dad was a resident there.I have been a volunteer there almost two years. Its a great place to be and to be associated with. The staff is super and the residents are fun loving people.

As a small business owner in the business of caring for the elderly, we have no reservations recommending Brookdale. When the time comes for our clients to transition to assisted living, Brookdale is the place we know they will be excited to call their new home. The staff at Brookdale truly cares about each resident and go the extra mile to understand their unique needs. Residents are greeted with a smile and guest receive a warm reception when visiting. The Executive Director and Community Relations Director set the tone for the receptive and caring culture in the community. I would not be exaggerating to say they know each and every resident on a personal level. If you want peace of mind knowing your loved one is in good hands, Brookdale should be your first call.

my mom was in brookdale-murrieta for 3.5 years after her doctors told her she could not live alone anymore. I am so glad we got her into brookdale, they have the most compassion of any one we toured. they had a studio apt right behind the office so easy for mom. over the last few years I have gotten to know most of the staff and I love them for themselves, and the care they always gave my mom. I could leave the area for 4-6 weeks and know my mom was well taken care of. I'm not sure who cried more at her passing me or the girls. but she was allowed to die at her apt with all the love that one women could expect, probably more. there is so much more I could say, but not enough space. BROOKDALE MURRIETA ROCKS!!!!!!

Chancellor has been a great experience from the moment I parked, and was greeted, by a resident sitting outside, to entering through the front door. They have a professional staff, beautiful facilities, and many things for their residents to do throughout the day and week. Apartments regardless of size are designed for senior living. We are very happy we found Chancellor Place, for our parent.
