Westmont of Morgan Hill is where we have placed our brother-in-law. We can’t be more pleased with his placement there. The facility provides a warm home environment. It is clean, safe and provides him with the upmost quality care. It allows us as family to feel rest assured that his needs are being met. In addition, the rooms/apts are perfect in size, clean and equipped with everything he needs including items like bathroom bars to meet his physical needs.The dining area is also great. Providing at restaurant type setting. The food is great and meets his dietary needs and restrictions. The extra curricular activities there help him to have social interactions and they are individualized to meet his mental and physical well being.Most important is the staff. Every staff there makes you feel welcomed from the time you arrive to the time you leave. Ria and her team go above and beyond to ensure that our family member is safe, happy and well taken care of. They are excellent in keeping us informed 24/7. It is clear that their primary goal and outcome is to ensure that all individuals residing there are happy and have what they need for a quality life. Westmont of Morgan Hill is outstanding in comparison to other facilities that I have recently visited. Ria the director and all staff members give us reassurance that we made the right decision in selecting Westmont of Morgan Hill for our brother-in-law. The staff is friendly, kind and treat all of us as part of their community family. The caregiver chosen by Ria is a perfect match to meet the needs of our loved one. She is gentle, patient, and attentive to his every need. She and all of Ria’s team continue to go over the top to provide comfort, kindness and care with complete dignity. Knowing he’s in good hands when we leave is comforting. We know he is safe, loved and cared for. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for a family member.

My mom moved into Westmont last year. It was an adjustment for my mom -- living on her own for the 1st time, being dependent on non-family members. Ria and her staff have been very caring with my mom. Now, my mom enjoys living there. She likes the activities, aides and residents. She also likes her apartment.The communication has been great with Ria. She responds very quickly to email and gets to know her residents. Ria has really worked with me on figuring out what my mom needs since she needs assistance. I'm glad I picked Westmont for my mom

We simply can't find words enough to describe our complete and total satisfaction with Westmont of Morgan Hill - an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.My daughter and I researched numerous facilities in and around Morgan Hill, California, for many months. We were looking for the perfect Assisted Living residence for my 90 year old Mom.A large part of our decision to select Westmont of Morgan Hill was due to the confidence we felt in its Nurse Director, Ria Hernandez, to deliver the level of care and service we were looking for. Ria does an amazing job of keeping her Care Team functioning at peak performance in providing excellent care and genuine concern for my Mom and all the residents at Westmont.We are at the facility several days a week and are so delighted that Ria and her team are constantly checking in on Mom to make sure that she is comfortable and is receiving all the services she needs to feel safe and "at home." The facility is very clean and well maintained and we especially appreciate all of the creative, decorative touches the team provides at each and every holiday event. The residents there all seem happy and well cared for. It's like one big, happy family!We gladly refer friends and relatives to reach out to Ria if they are contemplating moving a loved one into Assisted Living or Memory Care. Westmont of Morgan Hill, I am happy to say that we are very happy with the decisions that have been made over the last few months thank you Steve for listening to us all we are so pleased. Westmont is a loving caring environment all staff are wonderful and directors my dad is so very happy.

I'm delighted with WMH mostly because many of the staff and the residents are friendly. The Lifestyle Director in particular is terrific! The food is very good and the chef listens and responds to suggestions. It's just the right size for mom and she has made a lot of friends there.

Unfortunately in our area there isnt that many choices for memory care. I chose this facility because my Mother would be closer to us. All of the ladies are very nice and they treat my mom very well. The facility itself is very clean and nice. It is very pleasant to look at. The only drawback is that the facility is very expensive.

My husband is doing well in the Memory Care and the community is fine. They have activities for the residents. I join with him so he can try it out. The food is really good and I usually have dinner with him. They charge me $12 for a full course meal. That is a salad, the main course, and a dessert. I am also pleased with the caregivers in the Memory Care. They are very caring and positive.
