This place is WONDERFUL! I was really apprehensive about placing my mom here (or anywhere for that matter), but Luz and absolutely everyone were really nice, comforting and friendly. My mom liked the place from the moment she walked in. They are excellent with keeping the family up to date on the state of their loved one and allow you to call 24 hours a day. They are professional, patient and make the transition very easy. They work well with all the residents. My only advice is to make sure the doctor writes all medications (especially the Over the Counter ones) in the orders because the strictly follow what is written. That’s a good thing, so remember all over the counter meds so they can be included. My sister and I show up without calling and my mom is always clean and looking happy. This facility always smells good. No bad or sour smells at all. They have activities twice daily and outings once a week . In conclusion, if you’re considering putting your loved one into a facility, I HIGHLY Recommend this one.

After getting info on Integrated Care Communities from A Place For Mom, they contacted me for a tour. This was in 2015, they were the best of all the places I had visited! They were so helpful with every step of the way to get my mother, who had Dementia and Diabetes, through the process of moving in and the paperwork. All of the staff at Integrated Care Communities, are so helpful and caring! The care mom received was excellent! From activities, meals, room and clothing care, personal care and transportation to appts. Their staff does a great job and sincerely care for your loved one. My mom was there over 6 years until she recently passed. I can’t express how much I am so thankful to Integrated Care , for taking such good care of mom!

ICC is a great place for seniors. The managers and staff are very kind and personable and will go the extra mile to make sure my Dad is comfortable and attended to. Emily and Luz are the best administrators and I can always reach them with any concerns I may have.

We had their Hospice Care services for my grandpa, their whole team was caring and were present all the time for him at the time of need. The overall environment of the place is really positive and peaceful. I found so many optimistic changes in him after being cared by them. I am extremely happy with their responsible work.

Amazing place with passionate working staff. My daughter started attending this place when she was just 3 years old. These guys provide all necessary facilities that are required for positive growth of a child plus a peaceful and cordial environment. Their services are absolutely the best! I am having their child care services from past 6 months for my 2-year-old daughter. Our child adjusted to the clean and neat environment very quickly, and we could tell that she was very well taken care of during her time there. Every-one at the place is cordial and friendly. We got outstanding, professional and caring services from them for my dad who was at the last stage of cancer. Their working team was efficient and experienced. They kept him positive and motivated. We got everything we needed on time. On the basis of my positive experience, I am strongly recommending them for all who are seeking for quality hospice care for their loved ones.

Their professionals are warm, caring and friendly. Got quality hospice care from them. Whole the staff was highly adroit and attentive about their work. We had their hospice care service to my grandma for almost 3 months and during the time period, they were extremely helpful. They treated us like family. My mother spent her final five months at Integrated Care Communities and Im grateful for the care and compassion the nursing staff showed for her. I live in the mid west and didnt have daily contact with mom, but the nursing staff at ICC kept me informed nearly every other day, or when mom needed something. Thank you ICC and in particular Hazel, who made mom her priority.

I wanted to take the time to thank Integrated Care Communities for taking care of my mother. My Mother lived in Riverside County and has been in several different assisted living homes in that area. Since we moved her I have never seen her as cheerful as she is at Integrated Care Communities. They have the best staff they are extremely friendly to the patients as well as their families. They do so much for their patient such as; bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, light housekeeping, personal care, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, 24 hour live in care, daytime care, and medication management. If you would like your loved one to get the best care I recommend this facility.

I and my family are so grateful to the wonderful staff at ICC. My Mom is so happy and loves her home at ICC. She has been a resident of ICC for over 2 yrs. Many assisted living homes were considered before choosing ICC... a choice we have never regretted. The nurturing, loving, and attentive care is so evident.
