On Saturday the 18th of July I went to visit my mother it was 6:45 p.m. the front door should have been open it was not there was no receptionist at the desk but there was a girl in brown scrubs sitting in a chair she motion to me to use the side door I explained I could not because I was in so much pain from the walk she ignored me did not open the door and went back to her phone I walk to the side door there was a sign that read use front door. Thankfully a patient open the side door for me. I was exhausted and out of breath because I have arthritis in my knee and suffer from severe sciatica pain. The front door should have been opened it was not 7:00 p.m. yet

My mother had a short stay and I have nothing but good things to say about the care provided to her. Communication was clear and prompt, I was updated about her care and notified with any plan regarding her care. The staff went above and beyond to make her ends meet. They have long term residents that are happy there and the rehab team was awesome. I can say I would use this facility again for a loved one.

My mother was in this facility for Therapy on 2 separate occasions. The facility is clean and beautiful. Newly renovated..Rehab staff are friendly and did a great job with my mom..Nurses are attentive and accommodating. Administration is helpful with assisting us with appointments and transportation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Montebello Care Center. I was very hesitant and nervous about placing my mother in any care facility. I had heard many unsettling stories and had visited several facilities that left me feeling uncertain about the level of care she would receive. From the moment my mother was admitted, my family and I quickly realized that Montebello Care Center was different. From Case Manager Karissa Silva to Henry, one of the CNAs, and my mother’s nurse”whose name I unfortunately cannot recall”everyone treated us with kindness, professionalism, and compassion. The facility was clean, the care was attentive, and we always felt welcomed and supported. Most importantly, we felt confident that my mother was being cared for with dignity and respect. Thank you for the dedication, hard work, and genuine compassion you show your residents and their families every day. Your efforts made a difficult situation much easier for our family, and for that, we will always be grateful.

2months ago I had my Grandma there after surgery I was so satisfied with the care and the facility very clean and no smell the nurses were great and administration too thank you to all the Staff at Montebello care

My mom was recently there for 2 weeks she stated the staff and nurses are very caring and helpful. Except for the nurses from night shift. They take over 3hrs when they ask for help to go to the restroom and on top of that they say they are not authorized to help them. Management needs to bring this to the night shift nurses. To anyone that takes their loved ones to this facility please question them about the care they get. To make this place better for our elderly.

Wonderful Skilled Nursing Facility with great and attentive staff. The office staff was friendly and welcoming along with the Nurses in the building. They have their own parking lot which is a plus.

My dad have been staying here for a month. I always felt welcome since the first day visiting my dad in the morning as the housekeeper Reyna always greeted me with a big smile every time I walk in this building including the nurse and CNA. Thank you Reyna and the other housekeepers for making sure room are clean and organized and also the CNA. I really appreciate all the staff here. Keep it up!!!

I would recommend this Nursing Facility, my grandpa was here under hospice. Best care ever, my Grandpa had his last days here, nursing wise. All the nurses are professional, they follow doctors orders. Nurses very attentive and compassionate. I would definitely recommend Montebello to the community.
