A beautiful place to live! Not just because of the decor, the 5 star chef prepared meals, or the 5 star staff, but the residence are among the friendliest people we've ever met. Everyone makes you feel welcome starting with move-in day. There are no strangers here after your first day.

The Park Independent living is a beautiful place with a wonderful staff and a great chef who used to work at Buckingham Palace. There are many amenities, such as a weight room, a movie theater, events, any kind of card playing you want, housekeeping, etc. The apartments are lovely. Every person that I have spoken to loves it there. I do not live there myself but I am a Rotarian and I have weekly meetings in the President's room of the facility. I have gotten to know the staff and I speak to the residents every time I am there, asking them how they like it living there. They have all said that they love it. I may make it my home in a few years!

This place is FANTASTIC!! It is so beautiful and they have thought of everything ....including a Starbucks area!!! They have a movie theatre, gym, library, woodworking shop, craft room, pet area, pool, outside barbecue patio, a garage with a fantastic old car and a restaurant with killer food! Best of all is the staff!!! They have gone out of their way to accommodate and help in some very tricky situations with my parents. I honestly can not say enough good things about the Park! You truly have to see it to believe it. My parents love it!

The Parks Modesto has been a wonderful blessing to our family. The first time I walked into the building I was impressed by how clean and fresh it smelled. It's beautifully decorated and I was greeted with a friendly face. My parents adjusted to living here quickly thanks to the kindness and understanding of the whole team. The meals are delicious and prepared by a wonderful chef and kitchen staff and served by a very accommodating service team. I could go on and on.Lots of attention to detail. Hi there! Time for a review of “The Park Modesto!” I can’t say enough good things about the independent living situation our 91 year old dad has.. The staff, Jennifer, Sherry, Kayla, Peter Collette and Cheryl immediately come to mind along with everyone is fantastic as well! The food at the Montecelo and Bistro is right up there with any restaurant in the area.. and at a much cheaper price! It’s all included in the monthly cost! I get invited by the residents to play card games with them.. especially the Friday night games they play.. it’s funny, some call me kid and I’m 60! Boy are they funny! The best part is the residents all know each other through the many / daily activities at the park! They take care of each other and welcome in anybody new! The staff sets that tone by how well they treat people! I can’t say how many times times I’ve heard.. “we’re all in the same situation, so make the best if it! Much of that comes from the entire staff who just “makes it happen” for the residents!! The cost.. I figured out my parents monthly bills before we put dad out there! After adding in utilities, taxes, insurance, food and all of those other costs, it was only a few hundred dollars more.. knowing he’s taken care of, gets great food and is having a great time with great people is well worth putting him what’s easily considered the best independent living in the valley! This place is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had the opportunity to tour this fantastic facility a few weeks ago. Jennifer showed us two different apartments and explained the many activities to continue enjoying life! The Park has a delicious cafe (open to nonresidents too), a chef overseeing meals, an actual menu you can order from that changes monthly, with meals served by friendly staff in a meticulously clean dining room. The decor inside compares to a beautiful hotel with the warmth of a home. There is a full service salon for hair and nails (which is open to nonresidents by appointment). The outdoor grounds and pool are beautiful and inside courtyards are like being in Tuscany! We currently live in a Del Webb 55+ community, but when the time arises that we no longer wish to maintain a home and yard, we will definitely consider this community our new home! Thank you so much, Jennifer for our tour and invitation to have a DELICIOUS, 5 star dinner with dessert that followed. Everyone here treats the residents like family

The Park senior residence in Modesto is truly a one of a kind gem that has been long needed here . From the moment you drive up the experience begins . You are greeted by a friendly face at the front entrance , and will no doubt hear laughter and meet many residence out and about as they start their days . If you're hungry definitely stop in at the bistro to grab a bite to eat it's delicious and affordable . The staff from housekeeping to management are so friendly and helpful . I was looking for a place for my sister to live and as soon as I saw The Park online I knew this was the one! The whole place is beautiful and the apartments feel new and modern. The food in the dining room and their bistro is delicious, I love that they have a menu of options that changes frequently. They have a lot of wonderful activities for their residents; a pool table, art classes, a movie theater, card games and much more - including field trips! The staff members are all wonderful to the residents and their visitors. Everyone from the office staff to the chef and the house keeping crew will do anything they can to make living there a pleasure. You can learn a lot by talking to the residents. I got to know a lot of them and they are all beautiful people - so kind, welcoming and helpful. I keep telling people if I were old enough I'd live there!

My family and I are delighted with my living arrangements and especially location: across Dale Road from Kaiser Medical Center (where my granddaughter is a nurse practitioner and her husband also a BSRN and they live in Oakdale . We toured this facility and was very impressed with the personable and caring staff, the beautifully appointed common areas and the services offered at this facility. The individual apartments are very nice with full kitchens, patios and tasteful choices in paint and carpet. The facility feels like a safe environment for the residents, with amazing options for food and activities, so no one will feel left out, or go hungry with the impressive dining options! We met Jennifer who was the loveliest host, always smiling and forthcoming with information. Every staff member we met seemed truly happy to be there, which was so refreshing! We all want our loved ones to be safe and happy in their final years, and they would be so comfortable and happy here! Fully recommend!

After a passing in our family our mother was facing a life change after living in a 6 bedroom house for 45 years. Wanting her to live closer to us in Modesto, we were very lucky to find The Park through the words of others with family members on site. In our opinion, The Park is the best choice for senior living in the Central Valley. The independent senior community has very attractive interior design in the common areas and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The Director of Community Relations Jennifer Webber (with a bubbly, fun-loving personality), is exceptionally helpful and kind. She was dedicated to making our mother's transition as smooth as possible as well as fun. The residents are very warm and strive to make new people feel comfortable and included. The activities are diverse and Kayla the Activities Director is receptive to what the residents want. We couldn't be happier with our experience at The Park.
