Staff and overall are 5 stars. The place is being refurbished and is well taken care of. Tenants are friendly and take care of their own. Never had a problem in the 2 years I've been there.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS A SENIOR COMPLEX..WHY ARE PEOPLE ALLOWED TO LIVE HERE IF THEY ARENT SENIORS!!!!It needs night time security guards! These are senior apartments and they are targeted by night crawling tweekers. It needs a gate and security cameras. AND WHY IS THE WATER ALWAYS BEING SHUT OFF??? SENIORS DO NOT DESERVE TO BE SUBJECT TO ALL THIS

Great location. Good staff. Good safety measures in place. Exceedingly poor parking conditions. Needs painting and new carpeting in main corridors. Carpets dated and malodorous. Needs better pest control plans/regulations. Suggest yearly inspections of each unit could be helpful.
