Occupational Therapy

The main goal of our occupational therapy program is to help a patient progress with activities of daily living, (ADLs). This helps seniors maintain their independence longer. Therapists work to help all of our patients improve eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, and cooking for themselves. We are able to achieve this through exercise programs that improve range of motion, posture, muscle strengthening, and other services.

Physical Therapy

We created our physical therapy program to deal with common injuries and illnesses that seniors face. Orthopedic, neurological, rheumatological and other conditions can all be improved through increasing strength, balance and coordination while reducing pain. Physical therapy services include customized programs, balance training, gait, lite gait, and muscle building.

Speech Therapy

The speech therapy program at Casa de Modesto is so much more than just training patients to improve issues with their speech. Swallowing, expression, hearing and comprehension can all be improved though therapy sessions. Our speech therapists use several techniques like oral motor retraining, voice therapy, and managing dysphagia, which causes issues with swallowing.
