Marin Terrace is a wonderful home for one who is memory challenged. The staff is extremely caring and helpful. The building is well maintained and offers excellent meals.

I highly recommend Marin Terrace. After 3 months spent in the hospital and rehabilitation I sadly had to place my 96 year old father in a nursing facility because of his severe mobility problems. I spent 2 long weeks calling facilities in Marin investigating care & prices. I chose Marin Terrace because of both. Plus, my husband’s grandmother had stayed in Marin Terrace 20 + years before. My father received excellent care by the wonderful staff. Marin Terrace’s manager Darnell is a gem. He is always pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & compassionate. Accolades to Stacey who works closely with Darnell. My father so enjoyed his spacious single room where he could watch golf all day at full blast. He LOVED the food. After his hospitalization he regained the 25 lbs he had lost. During his stay, my father was admitted to hospice + was treated promptly when he needed medical care. Marin Terrace’s interior and grounds have been newly renovated & they did an exemplary job.

My father spent the past almost 8 months at Marin Terrace. He had been at an independent retirement community prior to that and needed 24 hour care. He had his own room which was decorated with his artwork and furniture so that he felt that it was home. The staff was wonderful and treated him with care and respect. Many of them have been there for many years so they work well together.
