This place is a HELL HOLE. Manager [name removed] is an unprofessional mess. Her husband also runs the place & chooses to employ management that is NOT management material. I've seen nepotism, neglect, lack of care & lack of proper staffing. Kudos to the few staff that work there that DO care because management does not. They will take all the "undesireables" because those are the ones that have no one to speak to, can complain about care & have little to no family to come around. My mom went to Rideout for LACK of proper medication in her system. Doctors said she had NONE of her medication in her sysytem after doing tests. This place has ha numerous complaints filed with the licensing board & would have more if their tenants knew how to navigate through the system. ALSO, for the google review comment that appluads this facility collecting the "lost woman" from the 21 Club; THIS FACILITY LOST THAT WOMAN. MEANING STAFF IS NOT WATCHFUL OR ABLE TO KEEP ROUND THE CLOCK CARE ON ALL THEIR RESIDENTS. My mom left once & fell into the busy traffic ridden street & was sent to the ER. They are lucky myself, or others are not financially able to sue. They are going to get into hot water very soon with the poor management they have. DO NOT PUT ANY ONE HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEM. GATEWAY TO HELL.

So tonight at 21 club we had a lost woman, the bartender and a patron got her info and contacted comfort haven. They were amazing and quick to respond to get this lady back to her home!! So thank you Comfort Haven!! Over the top impressive

When I brought my wife to the community the doctor understood my request and started pain treatment. [Removed] and the workers were really nice and compassionate. They all did their best and noticed the mostly have family there. I would recommend them to have a full time nurse and a doctor who can come there more than once a month.
