We had an excellent experience with Roses Agency Home Care. Our 100 year old mother was diagnosed with COVID and we had to arrange for care long distance as we dont live in LA. Roses Agency responded immediately and provided a very competent caregiver who lived in with our mom through her illness. We had called several different agencies and Roses was the only one who immediately committed in the first phone call to help us out, particularly impressive given our moms COVID diagnosis. We are appreciative for all the Roses Agency did for our family during this difficult time.

I talked to Tisha on the phone about getting transportation to and from the hospital and home care for two (2) hours a day after my surgery. She arranged to come see me with Barry, the owner. She arranged to have Zac, an Asian male care giver provide the home health care at a rate of $30 per hour. I felt comfortable with the service that we agreed upon.
