Disappointed as well as extremely concerned for the safety of my Elderly Mother Dorene Harris. I have been unable to reach her by phone for well over a year now. I spoke with her on her Birthday January 17, 2021 and the last time I went to visit her at the facility where she's resided for 10+ Years was on January 20, 2018. She is 70 years old now and I am worried about her well-being. I get the,"This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service crap anytime I call the phone number that is documented on the Website for the * Beverlywood Center Residential Care Facilty at 1920 South Robertson Blvd. Los Angeles CA, 90034.

The staffs all of Philippines, they have no knowledge of take care mental illness clients. My family member almost dies the facility. They don’t do routine care job, not watch patient take care medicine, they don’t check patients in the rooms for days. Also, they stealing clines stuffs while they get severe sick. Government has to make change for this care team. Those staffs cover each other mistakes, no one knows what do they doing there. Previous, they had multiple clients dead there, due to very poor care. It is dangerous place for those mental illness clients.
