I lived there for 3 years and loved the people and the staff. I left to be closer to my family in a different city and have been unable to find a similar setting that is anywhere near my Revel experience.

Mom left her 3 bed 2 bath single family home at the urging of family, in 2021. Lived on her own into her 90s. She still lives alone with fantastic courteous professionals at every level. Pool, jacuzzi Gardens, dog run PUTTING Green, shuttle COSTCO adjacent. Visiting today. Very excited will have lunch in their restaurant. !!!

UPDATE: 3-02-23:After serious negotiations and communications with the The Wolff Resident Experience Company, we reached an agreement that is satisfactory for all parties. The Lodi Revel, CA. location is awesome and our experience although bumpy, at times, finally concluded with positive results. We have loved this location and have worked with it for eight months to obtain one of their cottage locations. In our search and long-term experience there are many pluses and minuses in every single senior community. Be open minded, and aware of every spoken and written word. Seniors beware of "incentives" or a huge "sales pitch". Every community will use every trick in the book. Read every single line of any contract. If possible, do not use, referral services. They get up to a months rent for referring you.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we couldn't love it more than we do! To the people complaining about the price, do your research! You will not believe the perks and benefits that come with your rent. Heated, indoor pool, restaurants (food included in rent!), a bar, a craft room filled to the brim with things your grandkids will love! There's a private theater, which you can reserve for just your party, if you like. Snacks and sodas are included. So are big recliners and ottomans. Bring a blanket! Wear your jammies! When my 5-year-old granddaughter came for a private movie night, the concierge set the whole theater up with Frozen decor. Granddaughter was awestruck! We adults felt so touched. We also have a hair salon and treatment room (for massages and facials). Stylists are here twice a week. Our apartment gets cleaned once a week, at no charge. Garbage can be dropped down the chute outside your apartment and it's gone forever. No hauling to the curb and back, knocked over bins, etc. There are relevant and timely social activities most days. This month it's Pride and Emancipation celebrations. On an ongoing basis, there are musicians, painting classes, yoga (and laughing yoga, lol), holiday craft designs for your door and nook. A Halloween decorating contest! And remember, the quoted price is a starting point. You'll be surprised how affordable it actually is, if you meet with a rep and negotiate what you need. I mean: We don't pay utilities!

I stopped by this place for my mom, and I was very impressed! The only complaint I have is when I came in on a Saturday, the front desk person seemed to be very under dressed. For a beautiful property I would have expected a more professional appearance from their front desk. The gal seemed tired like she just rolled out of bed and was wearing a faded sweater with regular blue jeans. The rest of the tour was wonderful. The management is very professional and friendly, they know all of the residents by name, the food and menus are impressive and it just felt warm and inviting. My mom will be moving in next spring after we get her home ready to sell. I would highly recommend this residence.

We visited the two car garage cottage and were delighted with the sense of spaciousness. The open and flexible layout immediately aroused our thinking about how we could use it. The utility room just off the entrance would be perfect for some of the professional work and career momentous that we have carried around the world and would also be a great hobby space. My wife was thrilled with the openness of the kitchen space and was immediately calculating how to use some of our furniture for the meals for just the two of us and to be ready for the inevitable mealtime visits by our son and grandson. We were also enthralled by the amount of light and simultaneous sense of outdoor connections. The bedroom and bath designs and walk in closet were also both practical and appealing, while being close to the apartments but also apart seems ideal for us.

Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of meeting with Josie, the Sales Director at Revel. I was impressed with her vast experience and clear passion for the community she serves. Although the property is still under construction, I was happy to receive a virtual tour which provided a great impression of what is sure to be an amazing independent senior residence. In fact, it felt more like a vacation resort! I was also given a tour of several cottages that have been completed. They were charming and quite spacious. Working in senior care myself, its nice to be able to provide trustworthy placement options. I feel absolutely confident in referring my clients to Revel and look forward to receiving a live tour once construction is completed.

My dad is an outgoing independent man that loves to hang out and have fun. As he is getting into his mid-80s my brother and I have been looking for a senior community for him to be a part of. When I was searching online and happened upon the Revel housing in Lodi I thought it was too good to be true. We took a trip out to Revel and met Josie. Josie made us feel right at home. My worst fear was we would be putting our dad into a nursing home with an assisted living situation but Revel is far from that. Revel is an independent community that will allow our dad to roam freely, meet friends, have amazing food in restaurants and pubs, go on trips, enjoy art and exercise classes and so much more! Once my brother and I picked our jaws off the floor we immediately signed up. Its an amazing facility with people working there that actually care about your family. Josie and Laurie at the Revel office are so friendly and have taken time out of their day to welcome unplanned visits from my dad and just chat with him. I really feel like we are giving our dad a whole new life to start and he is so excited too! We cannot wait for Revel to complete construction and get our dad moved in! Thank you so much for being here in Lodi and being a part of our dads next amazing journey in adventures!

Josie took me on a tour of the open residences and I was very impressed. The living space is open and inviting and the bedrooms are good sized with plenty of storage and large bathrooms. The marketing staff-Laurie, Josie, and Suzanne-have graciously hosted several get-acquainted social events for prospective clients and their guests as well. They had a Meet and Great Your Dogs afternoon, a Cinco De Mayo celebration with marguerties and tacos, and an off-site pre-Mothers Day luncheon at a local Italian restaurant complete with gifts for all in attendance, including their guests. They have made all potential residents feel welcomed, including all questions with answers and virtual tours to show possible furniture arrangements. It is obvious how much pride they all have presented in their Revel Lodi living and with much enthusiasm. What more could a senior client need, or even want for luxury retirement living. They have provided the ideal scenario to look forward to in retirement!!!

Due to the nature of my work I visit a lot of independent living centers up and down the Central Valley. After touring Revel yesterday I left overly impressed! It is by far one of the best facilities Ive seen. Their attention to detail concerning the things that matter most to senior citizens is exceptional! In addition, the colors, design, space planning, lighting, etc. are very well done. Josie, the Marketing Director, is an absolute joy to work with! Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and always goes the extra mile. I know that Revel will be an amazing community and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for independent living.
