I'm am so glad my Aunt was in their care!! She had been in a different nursing facility the care at Summerset was the best I can't say enough about all the staff from administration to the caregivers. I have been telling everyone this is the place for your loved ones. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough!

Finding the best place for your beloved family member is a trying and exhausting journey. Summerset Adaptive Care/Memory Care facility is wonderful. The staff go out of their way to help and assist residents and visitors. From my first call to Summerset talking with Marnie to my first tour with Shannon (brought my 2 little dogs to tour with me) I felt at "home". Shannon Hargis helped us through the entire move in process and helped make the move to go as smoothly as possible. I have my beloved husband who has Alziemers and my 101 year old father who needs adaptive care at Summerset in Lincoln. My brother, sister and I couldn't be happier with the look of the facility, excellent staff and activities for residents. They are very good to their residents here. My loved ones are treated very well. The employees are super nice. I would recommend here for any seniors who might need a place to live with a little extra assistance and someone available to help 24/7. They also do a more advanced care for those that require it. Its a good place. I haven't met many other residents but the ones I have chatted with all seem very happy and friendly. They have clubs and stuff too, like book clubs which is a plus. The apartments are a little on the small size, but for one or two people it works. I was skeptical for my loved ones to move in at first but they won me over here with the good care my parents get. My parents come and go as they please, its just like living in any other apartment complex, except there is help if they need it. Its a good place. Update * They gave each resident an Easter basket! And I don't me an each apt. Every single resident got their own personal basket. Look, nobody wants their parents to have to be in a place like this really. But they are super good to their residents. They will take good care of your parents if they need to come to a residence like this.
