I can't speak highly enough of the care my family member received at A Loving Senior Care Home II from Srey & her team. The staff didn't just meet expectations - they genuinely went above and beyond in ways that made a real difference. They were incredibly kind and attentive to the small things that mattered: bringing in favorite treats like ice cream, helping with mobility needs, even arranging pick-ups and drop-offs when needed. Every aspect of daily life - cleaning, cooking, personal care - was handled with genuine attention and respect. What stood out most was how they really listened to residents and treated them as individuals. During a difficult time, knowing our family member was somewhere they were truly looked after - not just cared for, but valued - gave us so much peace of mind. Her communication with families is thoughtful, transparent, and deeply compassionate, ensuring that loved ones feel both informed and comforted at every step of the journey. The home itself is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, radiating warmth and comfort in every room. We cannot express enough gratitude for the remarkable care provided by Maria at Country Living Senior Care during our beloved mother-in-law Helen's final moments. As a family, we saw countless challenges through Helen's journey, but Maria's compassionate nature and unwavering support made all the difference when it mattered most. From the moment we stepped into the facility, it was clear that Maria was a beacon of kindness and empathy. She took the time to know Helen, understanding her unique needs and preferences, which helped to create an environment that felt warm and familiar. We had such a good experience at this care home. Even though our senior passed in October I can look back happy to know he was well cared for. Vicky was our caregiver and she has the biggest heart. Our senior was always clean, pressed and ready for his day. I appreciated that his hair was even brushed daily. We came from another facility that was giving little to no care so it was such a relief to see the level of care here. I felt like Vicky really cared for our senior and helped him through the stages of dying physically and emotionally. When you can’t take care of your senior you want them to have the care they deserve. Safety and comfort are not to be taken for granted and I will always be thankful for the care we received. Thank you!
