I have visited The Havens many times to see friends for dinner. We have a great meal, and the staff are always warm and welcoming.

This place feels like home. My grandma is thriving. She loves bingo and all of the daily activities. The chef even made grandma her favorite meal of bagels and lox. I can sleep at night knowing she is safe. Thank you Havens so much from the bottom of our hearts. I recommend to all of my friends and family.

The staff at The Havens have been absolutely amazing when caring for my Grandmother. She moved in a year ago and hasnt been this happy and lively in years. She has friends to enjoy the planned events and activities with. She raves about the food and the upbeat environment.Everyone there goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their Seniors and family members. Christine helped us every step of the way during the move in process and continues to make herself available. We are grateful for this outstanding community and their safety standards during The Covid-19 pandemic. We know Grandma is in good hands and she feels safe and secure.

My friend is doing extremely well living here it was such a good move for him. He is loving it here he keeps very busy. He is always going to movie nights or playing bingo or taking the bus to the store. He is utilizing the van transportation to the doctor's appointments. The staff is very friendly and nice and helpful. He loves the food it is restaurant quality food.

I am very happy to see that my mom is getting excellent care here. This community has wonderful staff who is very nice. She is enjoying the food and the variety of the meals. The activities are great for her and she is participating. The community is clean and always maintained. I would recommend this care and value to other families.

I toured the facility with my father about 6 months prior to a decision being made. We were made to feel welcome, questions were answered, some maybe more than once, and throughout the subsequents months leading up to the decision, I was kept informed about availability of apartments, upcoming social events, invited to return. Once the decision was made, we were made to feel like part of a "family" and that no question or concern I might have was too small or insignificant--which is helpful to me since I live a distance from the facility. I was encouraged to call and ask about my father with staff and they have been great in reassuring me that I had made the right decision.

I think they've been very helpful and extremely friendly. I think once they discovered what my mother's needs were they worked to accommodate her and I would recommend them, particularly to people who need assisted living.
